I hope your not stopping the stock channel. Your doing great. Literally my was and I was talking about new pressure pots right before this video posted. I did a couple casting last night in a 2.5 Binks and I need a bigger pot.

Definitely not stopping! I made a video just the other day for it. Going to try to ramp up the videos here, and there.
That’s awesome! Glad it was good timing. I love the 5 gal ones. So versatile and the TCP ones are pretty reasonably priced. Not cheap but also not terribly expensive like 5 gal binks for instance. But binks definitely are fantastic. One day I’d like to get one, but would probably only buy a used one.

I use mine on its side all the time but I put a shelf in and level it with a torpedo level at each use. Also I level it length wise. If the shelf is high enough you can take advantage of the dome on the top and bottom if you need a little extra length. One can put some dabs of hot glue to hold the shelf if need be. I cast side by side a lot.
    nice set up,
    Lee

That’s a great point Lee! I didn’t even think about the dome helping if you made a shelf more in the center. I’m excited to do more lengthy projects with it! Hope all is well with you!

Thanks for making this super informative video! I also run a resin casting service in Northern CA, but serve a pretty different market ;) .... It's so helpful to see how you're making it work in the space available to you!

The lid on my five gallon is heavy I would be concerned about trying to hold it in place and fight with the bolts. Have you found a solution?

I just push it with my body it’s pretty easy. I thought the same thing until I tried it

How about a shelf system for a horizontal pot?

If I find myself casting more of the 12” blocks I definitely might!
