Great prices .. that’s a bit too rare for my taste but wow, what a spread and I had to check the age of the video again to be sure these prices weren’t from like 5 years ago
@@markeidt6404 Yes, it was good for the price. I would prefer the one from Lawry’s although a bit more expensive. Guess it just balance out the cost if i add on the uber ride to & from the resto. Thanks for watching btw 😀
I don't like the pricing they have for meat. Should be flat rate by the ounce no extra charge for blackening and reducing the weight by two ounces. I've seen some places charge $20 for a spud.
@@glennimmer4692 Thanks for watching! They asked me for my preferred doneness and told them i like it medium rare. I am sure they would accommodate if this is too raw for your liking but not quite sure if there will be any additional cost. I would think it is free but i may be wrong.
Is it sou-vied, followed by light blow torching? I believe Prime Rib should be a roast. I can’t see how else they could have achieved the pink consistency throughout with a paper thin grey outer layer.
Reasonably priced menu, but NO to-go-orders?.... and and extra 10 Bucks to share a meal?.... that's not good business bravado. Edit: and where the heck is the ramekin of Au Jus sauce for the Prime Rib?
@@bigair785 Thanks for watching. The prime rib came with horseradish. It was enough for me and did not asked for Au Jus sauce. Probably they would provide if requested.
they trimmed that way, way to much. Its so lean. No fat. a lot of people enjoy the fat. I wouldnt go there because of the over trimming. I say leave it on. Its much prettier, and people can decide if they want it or not.
@@PhillipKnight-te7wh thanks for watching 👍 it was cooked evenly and i can tell this was baked on low heat for a long time. I would say a nicely done medium rare for me.
You sound like my father in law (lol) although I agree in this case I would call that rare, I think Medium (pink but not red) is perfect. Father in law would have wanted cooked to snot (dark brown in center)

Was there on Father’s Day, I found the prices to be reasonable and the prime rib very tasty. Old school Vegas steak house.
Looked alright to me , prices fair , everything goes up
Gotta get it medium well

If that was medium rare I wonder what rare looks like? But looked like a great prime rib dinner for under $60.00.
