'Bowing Out On Bail', 'Fouling Up a House' & 'Wrecking A Recording'

The plaintiff brings her ex-husband to court. She says the defendant called her because their son was in jail, and he needed to be bailed out. The plaintiff sent money to get their son out, and she thought the defendant would pay half, but she ended up paying the full bail amount. She’s suing for the cost of the bail. The defendant argues he couldn’t pay half because he needed to wait until he got his paycheck the next day. He thinks the plaintiff owes him thousands in back pay for child support.
The plaintiff hired the defendants to fix the foundation in his house and repair a chimney. He argues his house is in worse shape now than it was before and is in disrepair. He’s suing for damages. The defendants say they did a great job, and they couldn’t even finish the work. They’re countersuing for tools that weren’t returned.
The plaintiff hired the defendant to record an audiobook that would work on iTunes. She claims the audiobook failed requirements to get on iTunes, and they re-recorded it several times, but it continued to not be approved. She’s suing for a refund. The defendant argues the plaintiff does not understand how long it takes to record an audiobook, and she backed out of the contract.

That’s the same thing I was thinking. She says she’s been thank God divorced for 20 years but she’s only been clean for five. 23-year-old son needs to learn his lesson in jail. you enable your kids and not have them learn their lessons. They will never learn. The woman owes child support 21+ thousand dollars and has the audacity to have her exes name a hole but yet wants her 200 that woman needs help. She needs serious therapy. Love the way the judge flip the script.

@@lee4094 totally. And didn't the judge expose her for being like $20,000 behind on child support? Yet she wants to sue the father for the bail money and try to bad-mouth him in front of the whole court. Lady, please! 😂
