  • Is your Silverado Washer fluid not spraying? My Silverado washer fluid hose was damaged at the T between the two wiper blades by rodents (they chewed it) which caused the issue of no spray reaching the nozzles. In this video, I run through how to remove the cowl and replace the washer fluid hose with a new part. The trickiest part was the Silverado wiper arm removal. These were stuck on pretty good! You can also see all the evidence of a rodent nest that was built under the cowl in the duct for the AC.

Did this fix your washer fluid not spraying issue? Or was it a damaged tank or pump
Instead? Let me and others know!

I have a stupid question here, but where does the windshield fluis drain through after spraying? Mine come out through the driver’s side bottom corner of the fender. Is that fine?

There is a drain in the bottom of the plenum…it’s also where all the rain water drains out. If I’m not mistaken, the drains should be on both passenger and driver sides…near the fenders just as you observed.

What was the part number of the kit and would it work for a 2007 GMC Sierra WT

If it's the classic body style with the oval shaped headlights then it should. Don't know about the new body style with the more square headlights

I ordered a Dorman 924379 Tee to Nozzle hose I believe. That should work for 2007's on the GMT800 platform. For the GMT900 platform also introduced that year I'm unsure.
