Soon people start requesting it all the time because of the quick effects that can cause them to delude themselves that what they are feeling is true happiness.My theroy to why the nurse has her arm in a sling is that she has also fallen into drug addiction with the drug the hospital produces on a daily basis. When you see her turn white when the screen flashes,she no longer has the sling,probably the drug telling her that she's not in pain or sad or any negative emotions.Shes also doing that smile that people do when they are doing something illegal.
