We are not exactly foodies, but Arbour Restaurant on Hibbard Avenue pretty much blew us away. It is hands down, the best meal(s) I have had in the Philippines. (I also realize we are late to the party on this and most folks in Dumaguete already know how good Arbour is.) Thanks to Jan and Jenny and all all the courteous staff/students at Arbour for making our Saturday date day extra special (and dee-lish)!

Hey Ned I am still in Phoenix, Arizona I will be heading back on April 7th I am learning about the E TRAVEL ONLINE FORM I have confirmed everything but the E travel it looks like I will need to wait until the 4th of April 72 hours before I board the flight have dealt with this yet I haven't been out of the country for almost ten years now I am glad I caught this before I got to LAX 👍
Yeah, entry (and exit) requirements are always changing, so it's best to always stay on top of it.

I agree with you Ned, I don't mind a bit paying more for superb quality food, the Philippines has utterly spoilt me as far as seafood goes. Wouldn't buy a scotch fillet there though 😉

Hey Ned are you and Chichay still into Photography?
Had a Fasting Blood Test yesterday at ACE Dumaguete Doctors Hospital and after the test I went up to the Canteen for breakfast. The Canteen is on the 8th Floor and on the North side of the building and on a clear day the views are spectacular. You can see the mountains to the West, up the Tanon Straight to the North and Cebu to the East with Sumilon Island off the Southern tip of Cebu.
