@@benjefferies8531 Taking an existing book and rebinding it. Our diocese, for example, published prayer books on Lulu, but some of us would love to have a more aesthetically pleasing and more durable book. Some of us have thought of rebinding.
@@BishopRobLyons Gotcha. Basically: 1. rip off old cover 2. sew-in grooves to spine of book-block 3. Insert cords and glue into grooves 3b. glue on headbands and ribbons 4. Attach new cover boards to cord 5. Attach leather/cover-material over board 6. hot-stamp hand-tool the leather. There are lots of folks on etsy who will do something like this in the neighborhood of $150, minus the hand-tooling.
