make Solar Cell from Diodes

- by breaking the diode casing u expose the Silicon to light, it will act like a photovoltaic cell, its a silicon p-n junction just the same as how solar panels are made.
it generates 3 volts 6 uA (micro Amp) (1A=1000mA=1000000uA) and takes 10 minutes to charge the 330uf capacitor, u can measure each diode output current separately to choose the ones with highest current, it also depends how good u expose the silicon to light, in my diodes the best one had 16 micro amps but because they are connected in serries the total current gonna be equal to the weakest diode output current.

@@matemaisuradze9943 Diodes are made of silicon, and solar cells are made of silicon, u can use a solar panel as diode, and diode as a solar panel.

We know that aluminum is also pretty good conductive as copper, so Can you try to use aluminum foil to make a coil out of it and then make a generator to generate electricity, it would be really interesting👽

this is useless, if use 1000 diodes in parrallel and 10 of those packs in series, u get 6ma 3v only, which is stupid, because it takes 30years to cut and connect them, it will be very big too, while u can buy a 60ma 3v sollar cell for 0.3€ its 4cm by 3cm
