I have been doing CARs for 3 weeks now since I found your videos. I love them and I have much more range of movement since I had my failed lumpectomies. I’m up for DMX in 7 weeks and I’m doing ALL your videos to get myself out of bed after year long battle with breast cancer that I’m still not finished with. Thank you for your videos, I don’t know where I’d be without them x
Thanks for your feedback… so glad the videos are helping you so much! I still do CARs daily. Taking such an active role in your rehab will be helpful to recovery both physically and mentally. Keep at it!
I have been through chemo, lump., and rads. I am on letrozole for 10 yrs. My onco dr told me to walk 30 min daily, and do weights twice a week alternated on off days with cardio. After a bad bout of shingles I developed stiffness and limited movement in my left arm and shoulder. He said it was bc I’m so skinny there’s not enough muscle attatched to the bone. I also have arthritis in that hand. This is my surgery side. My rt side is fine. I also had a cusp tear(left shoulder) no surg 40 yrs ago. I do cardio with Kelly PT, and various weight and balance routines. I used to do Vincesanity but haven’t gone back. I will add CARS to my routines, even tho it hurts. I’m 72.ty for your video.💕🥰

That's great that your oncologist recommended walking and weights. Consistent rehab should help with your arm/shoulder stiffness and limited movement.
