Fahrenheit Le Parfum easily one of my favorites, has this niche quality to it, just incredible. Really love Bvlgari Man Black Orient and original, Mugler Pure Malt, Tobacco Oud by Tom Ford, Azzaro Pour Homme Intense Parfum (2015) version, Black Vanilla Absolute by Perry Ellis, sampled Invictus Intense multiple times and started to like it.

What a GREAT LIST! Only change I'd have made would be to have 1996 I & V represent the house of Byredo's boozy contribution over Accord Oud, however I believe they use juniper berries in place of actual gin? Happy to see Lubin is in your top list! I got mine from Lucky Scent and it's too bad it's not available in any other place here in SoCal as far as I know. Not cheap but the bottles alone are worth the purchase, such as Upper Ten and Akkad. On another um, note, I also have Lubin's Le Vetiver Bluff which is one of the freshest summer frags I have. Pure Malt has definitely been reformulated. I used to only need one to two sprays of that bad boy! Now I have to douse myself in it to get a solid 6 hrs of projection/ sillage

Excellent list, Seb....not surprising since I have around half of those listed. I was surprised to see Sequoia take the top spot...not because it's not a fantastic fragrances, but because it strikes me as being a much more perfected spicy-woody fragrances that it is boozy...but definitely at the top of my Fall/Winter woody list, for sure. However, I'll pull it out this evening and see if I have been mistaken. Surprisingly, I haven't complied a boozy fragrances list...but your list is a perfect place to start since I have so many on the list. Cheers!

The Pure Malt is a slick fragrance, just doesn’t last hardly no time!! CH Prive, I found that at TJ Maxx and it smelled like air!! It was very lite and faint
Excellent list and review Sebastian! Idole Lubin and Straight to Heaven by Kilian are on top of my favourites buzzszzzers;-) Vi Et Armis by BeauFort London is also very buzzy but at the same time is not so easy to wear. Pure Malt is definitely not as good as it was ;-(
Superb list! I love boozy fragrances and I have quite a few from your list. Very curious to try Sequoia! I suggest you to try SoOud - Jadab. A beautiful and intense whisky, woody and spicy fragrance.
You know I tested a sample of it and it didn't blow me away. I need to test from the bottle as I have better reaction from bottlese vs samples so will have to try again! :)
Try the Nektar version - aka extrait de parfum - which is a bit more dense and rich. For me the Eau Fine is simply stunning. But give the scent a second chance! 😊
One of my longest and best friends is Turkish so Nishane caught my eye...particularly that one you mentioned, Fan Your Flames. Would you say that one could be unisex? My favorite boozy fragrance is 4160 Tuesdays Eau My Soul...I love cognac in fragrances and I love boozy, ambery gourmands (if they have incense it's even better).

Very good video. I have not tried many boozy fragrances. I tried only By Kilian Straight to Heaven among these, but I not really noticed the rum note in that. I would like to try more boozy perfumes. From rum I automatically think about pirates. So I really curious, which fragrance associate you of pirates, if any? :)
I think all the Mugler scents have been reformulated after the 2012 bottles. I'm not getting the performance from my 2016 bottles of Havane and Tonka that others are getting and many on Fragrantica are stating the same. The same goes for Bentley Intense. There's a few Basenotes threads discussing possible possible reformulation. I'm getting good performance from it but not the room choking powerhouse performance some describe.
Are there any boozy and or gourmand scents that you would recommend for the summer? The only one I know about is Bond 9 Coney Island. Oh and Saint julep

Too often, video reviews on UA-cam don't mention the batch dates/codes and several years later many fragrances have been altered and just don't match the reviewers performance levels. That's why I continuously mention that the batch code is *the most important part of the review.* Close ups of the box and bottle, especially the writing, logo's and codes are important as well so that a buyer can compare and see if he's bought a counterfeit or not.

MY bottle that I just used up was from 2013 and was beast mode when I used it up but I just got a new one so we shall see how it does. :)
