Good choices John the Militado looks really nice don’t normally do dress watches but it looks very well thought out I like that they give you options on sapphire or hardlex as well wish more watch companies would 👍

Although I’m not a huge fan of the jade dials. I understand the heritage behind it, but I’m pretty boring so a nice gray or silver dial would be great. Haha...I can see a visit to A & E being a thing. The great thing about being individuals is that if we are honest and grown up...we can absolutely disagree. I really don't like the new San Martin at all. When it was announced but hadn't seen any pics I was intrigued but when I saw it I just thought eeeeurgh. There's always the next one haha 😂

You should get your hands on the 144. I have both and the difference in thickness makes everything I almost don't wear the 129 anymore (it might get someone else happy soon I'm sure) Thanks for the Baltany code, there will be a 4035 red dial gift for Christmas. 👍
Hi buddy, unfortunately I won't get it. I just don't like it at all and the male end links don't make sense. Why make it thin and then kill it for smaller waisted guys? They asked us in the Chinese Watches forum on Reddit for our thoughts. We all said female end links....we were ignored 😒

I've taken the plunge and bought the San Martin in deep blue and have taken a bit of a risk with the burgundy faced Baltany (might be a bit too blingy for me, but we'll see). I do like the Octopus Kraken as though so it may be a good alternative to the Baltany. Cheers mate

One brand which is in my eye is Stalingrad , looks really cool and god brand , I have seen some reviews in Spanish channels and if I found a good discount I will buy the "Defender" in blue for sure! It's a newer movement than the NH35 and well known brands such as Orient use it. The movement on the fume dialed Zezame is spot on timed over two days on the wrist.

Great advice! Usually do all of my own research in any case as none of the reviewers on UA-cam seem to feature watches over 40mm. I appreciate 36-39 is the trend atm but I much prefer the look of a 41/42 on my wrist. It just means I can’t support channels by using affiliate links. Hey ho!

I do a mix but unfortunately my wrist is small and I tend to wear 36 to 40mm watches. Bigger than that is just silly on my wrist ,😒
