I love this! The fact that NOAH LYLES is posting these videos, also gives you a glimpse into his relationships with other athletes. People think Noah is arrogant but, He’s very personable. Noah is my favorite Male Athlete from America! On the Jamaican side my favorite is Asafa Powell… but I truely to support all runners.

He’s confident and people take that as arrogance. He makes no excuses but takes pride in his wins which is healthy

Never had much belief in the use of ice on the regular basis . Heat always works great for me especially at my age (75). Thanks for having my countryman Joseph Fahnbulleh on with you. Looking forward to 2024, I know he will be on the podium.

Such great dialogue. Especially for American fans, we do easily write off athletes who’ve been know for certain times and accomplishments when at a certain point they perform “poor” and here comes all the allegations of “ washed up” “ fluke” “ doping”. The masses -- or the “ NARPS” tend to see athletic performance as only an exponential or linear graph. Oft times it’s a scatter plot, maybe even a plateau. Human beings aren’t always functioning at peak performance.
