I love this! The fact that NOAH LYLES is posting these videos, also gives you a glimpse into his relationships with other athletes. People think Noah is arrogant but, He’s very personable. Noah is my favorite Male Athlete from America! On the Jamaican side my favorite is Asafa Powell… but I truely to support all runners.
He’s confident and people take that as arrogance. He makes no excuses but takes pride in his wins which is healthy
This is much appreciated. Need more podcasts of athletes sitting down with eachother
Love dat trini accent
Nice to see a Trinidad & Tobago track star on here. Jamaica gets all recognition (as they should) but TnT got some runners too!
Thank you because I am a Trini too❤
I am cheering for you from Japan🇯🇵
Spirit Bomb🔵
Genkidama
Gokuuu
So when is this coming back??? Need more sprint voices out there 🏃💨
We plan to record a lot of them in March and release them throughout the year.
@@noahlyles18 yes!! Can't wait
Great content. You can tell Lyles’ personal is mostly a confidence booster as opposed to arrogance as some weak minded people often assume
Never had much belief in the use of ice on the regular basis . Heat always works great for me especially at my age (75). Thanks for having my countryman Joseph Fahnbulleh on with you. Looking forward to 2024, I know he will be on the podium.
Such great dialogue. Especially for American fans, we do easily write off athletes who’ve been know for certain times and accomplishments when at a certain point they perform “poor” and here comes all the allegations of “ washed up” “ fluke” “ doping”. The masses -- or the “ NARPS” tend to see athletic performance as only an exponential or linear graph. Oft times it’s a scatter plot, maybe even a plateau. Human beings aren’t always functioning at peak performance.
29:25, the calve thing is very true. I mean, look at Nesta Carters calves, they're huge XD and his start was considered to be really good too!
17:10 Noah was right about that, as a high level athlete I sacrificed many things for my success like friends, junk foods, etc..
shout out to jereem 🔥💯repping trini all the way and great content Noah🙌🔥
the content we love and need
I cant wait for worlds!
Amazing video lyles 👏🤝
Very insightful knowledge
55:11 "9.41 is crazy" yes it is bordeline insanity
Looool. And he surrounds himself by yes men so that it makes it, somehow, more believable. 😂
Noah, this is your house now💪
You guys are beast 💪🏿
A covey of cheetahs. Love this. More.
Plus a thick redhead Aussie lady 😍
What exercises would you recommend to do to get rid of knee pain?
Nah shout out to Noah fr
Im the same as jareem. Id rather do a longer workout than aggresive sprint workout. 400m is my bread and butter
❤😊
Any chance you could get Mo Greene on the podcast?
you should get terrance laird on this
Hey Noah, no video from the New Balance Meet?

@@NLSNMedia Taking too long, should have drop immediately after the meet, he already did another meet and USA indoor this weekend.
@@GraceandFavour2024 Making quality content takes time, but I promise it'll be worth the wait.
@@GraceandFavour2024 it takes a lot of Time especially for the quality they have been producing them at. I’m sure they want it to be done as soon as you do.
@@GraceandFavour2024 Just Up please
You should be addressing issues on how track and field should be marketing.

It’s coming.
First Podcast So your still working on audio i get it
originally, we were not going to record this. It was an on the spot idea. This was just a recording of my twitter space and thought there was some great things said that should be heard.
@@noahlyles18 Well Know this everyone wants this type of content so it don't matter wether its audio or video. Noah is basically giving free advice what a legend
Sir how to run 200m faster
Start at 100%, run the bend at 100% and then the stretch at 100%. That's the tutorial! ☺️
Why does everyone have their ohones out?
The light behind y’all makes it hard to see y’all complexion
The volume sucks on this video.
We've fixed that in our newest episode
@noahlyles18 your episodes are boring. Why can't you see that the content you create is boring an Noone cares? We want to see real track talk and real analysis like they do on first take and inside nba. When will you learn?
