Have you thought about doing an update on The Best of the Balm? It looks like your last one was in 2012 and I'd love to know your opinion now.
In my opinion it's still just as good, but has gotten better! The newest Matt(e) Trimony palette has even improved in eyeshadow formula. The liquid lips are one of my favorites and most comfortable. They have 50% off sales around the holidays.

I love the balm products and I really love the look of those brushes!! I hope they're still available
The concealer and foundation are actually the same exact product. The ingredients are identical, so it might save some money to just buy the foundation and doubling that up as your concealer. :)
The pre-beauty blender days! Man what did we do without it... Stupid magical sponge that I can't live without! Haha
GUUUURRRRL! You're telling me. I only wore mineral foundation back then on my dry ass skin because I could never get liquid to apply well. Can't live without that expensive ass piece of fluff lol
I am little late to the Balm Party, LOL ! I have purchased a few of the products and I love them. The eyeshadow has such staying power and blends so well for me. At 55, something that stays put and blends effortlessly is what I am looking for... I loved this tutorial as always. You are a doll !

This video is why I joined your channel! I love your personality all of your videos and the way you show and comment on every detail of all the products you use, it's super useful! And I really like your The Balm reviews, cause this is pretty much the only cool make up brand that is available in Belgium (we don't have Urban Decay, Benefit, Too Faced etc.) So thanks for all that!
I really like your channel but maybe its time to invest in a high-end camera or recorder so we can see the color clearly? Sometimes the light/settings in your camera just takes away the true color of the makeup :(

I wear creamy natural on the Maybelline dream matte mousse, and I have tried medium on this foundation do u think that light/medium would work for me . PLEASE ANSWER. thank you
Thanks for the great tutorial. I recently took advantage of a flash sale on TheBalm's website and got the Time Balm foundation in light and the concealer. It seems to be a bit too full coverage for my liking but I hate to do returns especially when there is shipping involved! Do you think I could add the tinted moisturizer mixed with it for a more sheer coverage and adjusting the color a bit? I am pretty sure the light/medium would be too dark. Thanks!

TheBalm is by far one of my favorite brands! That foundation can be really full coverage. But I agree it does work best sheared out. It's almost HG for me. I just wish the staying power was better. Thanks for doing this one brand tutorial! I freakin LOVE theBalm!!!

Hello!!!!, Would it be best to use the fundation as a concealer?
I found that the concealer wasn't good under my eyes. It settled and enhanced my lines. I do think it's a great concealer for other areas of the face. I love the foundation. It has great coverage. My other fav items are the schwing! Eye liner and How Bout them Cheeks. The color last all day and you get many to choose from in the palette.

in your opinion which highlighter is better mary-lou by the balm or soft 'n gentle by mac? Which would you recommend me to buy?

I love theBalm! I find that when applying the bahama mama bronzer I need to use a duo fiber brush, otherwise it's too dark and muddy looking (I'm a little bit fairer than you). I love the down/cabana/frat boy blushes too, interested in trying the new line. I love Mary-Lou, and I love the concealer, eyeshadows & eye primer. Do you have Betty-Lou? I would love to know what you think of it and how you would use it. I've got it and used it once. Don't know why I bought it...went a little Balm happy

i have problems with doing my eyeshadow like that.....is it good to blink over mascara and then do the same thing for the top of you eyelash's.....also how do you use the smudge sponge brush, i bought one from elf from my local store that is selling it....
Try the beauty blender to use with your foundation. It is used damp anyway and it's effects are super- super amazing! :D
I would like to start branching out into more face products such as bronzers and highlights but I have very fair skin with freckles (not a ton) and rosy cheeks, also my face is more round than long/narrow. I would love to know your opinion on which bronzers and highlights would be a good combination to start off with for an "everyday" kind of look. thank you!

I am quite fair and ordered the Bahama Mama bronzer online. I agree with the light hand!!!!! I also found that it works as an EXCELLENT matte brown eye shadow!

Emily I am so surprised you haven't mentioned the BalmShelter tinted moisturizer by the balm! I have been in love with it for more than 2 years now! It doesn't break me out, has a matte finish, great coverage for a tinted moisturizer and spf 18! please check it out!
