Very nice tutorial! I use the Complexion Perfection powder every day - I use it with the Bare Escentuals "blending" brush and swoop it over all the colors except the pink to help correct the redness on my cheeks and forehead - this brush works wonderful because it is like a little baby blush brush - I pat it over all the red areas - then I put my powder foundation over that - works great
I have a LOT of elf products and have been so pleased with them. I am not crazy about the same ones as you, but overall, they are very nice products and you can't beat the price. They are inexpensive, but not cheap quality. Thanks for the video. I highly recommend elf products.

I've used that mascara quite a few times, and my favorite thing about it is the fact that my curl stays SO long! I've used other, more expensive mascaras, and they don't keep my lashes curled as long as this one does! :)

You look really nice with just the moisturizer. I feel like your freckles are really beautiful and this is the first time I've seen the natural shape of your face with only a little bit of color to even out the tone. You should go with lighter coverage more often!

I LOVE the eye primer by e.l.f.! I thought the same thing when it gave a powdery feel, and just felt like any other concealer, but it kept my eye shadow on for over 9 hours with no smearing or budging. I absolutely love the stuff, and it's only a dollar!
Loved the look! I have very red skin and the complexion perfection is the only product I have ever tried that has helped to calm it down. I usually only mix the blue and green for my cheeks and chin, but I will definitely have to try the yellow under the eyes. :)
You should do a favorites video where you list your all time favorite high-end and drugstore foundation, concealer, eyeshadow base, tinted moisturizer, etc etc. Then we know your favorites and have a choice of high-end or drugstore. Love your videos!!!

Hey Emily - Awesome tutorial. I just ordered ELFs newest eyelash curler which is a mini as well as their new lower lash mascara. I can't wait to try them. ELF has added a lot of new products recently and so far they are making the 'daily cut'. My favorites are their Mineral lip sticks, HD powder and the tinted moisterizer - great stuff, great price!
After see this video I'm pretty sure that the magic of a good makeup is not of a high price of price of the products that you use than the knowledge that how you use the products.Wonderful tutorial .
Elf is my favorite. I use a large mix of products and try to go on the cheap. Honestly, you just can't beat elf to me. Considering all of there brushes are like 1-3-6 dollars and yet they're dupes for mac or sigma brushes. I love that I have like 60 bucks in elf products and it covers everything. Primer, foundation, poweder, eyeshadow, fakelashes, setting spray, brushes, lip stain, eyeliner [i own all 3 types], eyeprimer and LINER SEALER! and bronzer. I like variety but still my number 1 go to.
i am a big fan of e.l.f.. my favorite mascara of theirs is the 3-in-1; it lengthens, defines, and volumizes. plus it has a very sleek formula and doesn't flake. i think you'd like this one a lot better. its only $3.
I love ELF. Like you said not every product is great, some are far superior than others but if you can't or won't spend your $ on the pricier lines ELF is quality for minimum investment. I'm going to try the tinted moisturizer, i want (and need!) more coverage but for days when i need a simpler, more natural look it might come in handy and the spf 20 is very good. Thanks Emily, i can always count on you for a great review and tutorial.

I have gone almost exclusively to elf cosmetics, the tinted moisturizer has replaced my estee lauder one and much more affordable!! Like you said it dries nicely and doesnt stay wet. I do still have some other brands, but I am loving their studio and mineral lines, not tried a mascara yet tho..lol..great tutorial!!

I love this look, love all your videos.....Oh please do more videos using elf eyeshadows, I have almost all their colors but my problem is that I have a hard time using 2-3 colors. Sometimes I just don't know how to match them up right and I just end up using 1 color.
ELF have just opened an online store for australia, unfortunately like all cosmetics over here its a whole load more expensive then in the US. the studio foundation is $19.00 before shipping... kind of sucks that things are expensive over here but seeing what kind of stuff can be achieved makes me consider investing in a bit.. i already own the HD powder and mineral primer and i love it!
It would be great to see how these how these products wear throughout the day. Suggestion for the future: do a before (finished makeup look) and after wearing it all day just before taking the makeup off. It would be great to see how well they stand up.

Great Video Emily!! I just placed my first ELF order the other day and it should be here today!! Thank you for Videos about ELF and Wet and Wild makeup...the more reasonably priced makeup, a month ago I would have walked passed W&W thinking it was makeup I would buy when I was a kid. I actually bought a little 10 pc sampler kit at CVS and I love the eyeshadows and blush that came with it!! Speaking for myself with a family of 5 with only my husbands income I really appreciate it :)
i got the brown cream eyeliner and the midnight now... i feel the midnight one is dryer, it's harder to slide it I feel.... but what I love is that color stick in Gold Peach!!!! is just lovely and fits different skin colors!!
Also, try the foundation (flawless something, it's around 6$, i took it when it was tthe 50%code on elf uk (there it is L6.5), you might be porcelain or sand. weird tacky feel at first, then it melts into the skin giving a perfect semi-dewy look. medium-to-a-pretty-darn-good coverage. i love that i discovered your channel, it's an inspiration to watch you!

I love your 1 brand videos! And I am an ELF freak! I have almost every product. And with the eyeshadow primer, I noticed the same thing. So I went and bought a different one. It's called ELF Eyelid Primer but it's like a white color. It's got some shimmer to it and it brightens your shadow. I hope that helped! And it was $1 as well! ❤️

You MUST try the ELF Studio Powder Brush. This is the BEST brush around. Super soft & dense flat top brush. Use it to stipple on your foundation, & also great for powder, mineral makeup or bronzer. The best $3 you will ever spend! FAB
A problem I had with the complexion correcting powder was it made my skin look chalky. I'm extremely fair, so I'm sure that has a lot to do with it. I hadn't thought of using the individual colors, but I'll definitely try that!
I just got an ELF order in the mail today and I toootally wish I had put that concealer stick in my order! Gosh darn it! Haha, I did get the HD powder and the mattifying powder as well which I'm very excited about! Beautiful look Emily!
I am a HUGE fan of the palette you used (32 color eyeshadow palette), but I have the "Warm" palette and I don't have that problem with hit or miss colors. I use it almost every day, you should check it out!
The Complexion Perfection powder, even if it does not... perfectss your complexion, is a damn good mattifyer arround the day, better than the HD which gives a more velvety feel. You should use golden peach under the face powder just to peek through OR a a perfect eyeshadow base over your primer when you use satin/shimmer browns. Sticks perfectly!
