@@quantumfluxuationit's weird because he sits so high but his feet are amazing. I wonder if there's something to that but unfortunately I can't even try. The one thing I hate about my drumset is the rack doesn't allow me to put the Tom's any higher. $2000 roland kit and it's designed for manlets or something. I definitely can't raise my throne any higher because of that

I thought we reached the ceiling of what humanly was possible.
Well, here we are.

This is the highest level of drumming, numero uno, perfection.
Yeah, his control and technique is insane. Being to do all that on a one take is truly impressive.
So many insanely talented drummers out there now that it's tough to be impressed by anything anymore. But every time I see videos of this guy, I'm always blown away. Truly one of the most creative players and God damnit the raw power of those natural kicks... No amount of blazing speed and triggers can beat the pure and raw power of Chris Turner's natural kick sound. Just fucking perfect
Thank you for being transparent about not using snap to grid, etc. I hope to see more honesty from other drummers in the future.
Well let's be real - who's NOT going to point out that they're not snapping to grid when they're not? The guy's a beast and can pull it off, so I don't blame him for mentioning it.
The real applause-worthy transparency would be from a drummer who IS using technology to enhance his playing. :)
