OXUVAR® 5,7% - Trickling solution for the winter treatment of broodless colonies

For the winter trickling treatment of broodless colonies, crystal sugar must be added to the solution. The mixed sugar solution has the optimum concentration of 3,5% oxalic acid dihydrate. Oxalic acid acts as a contact poison on the varroa mite, which is why it can only be used in colonies.
