I think Sikh Activist is a very loose term. The government should now cut Indian student admissions drastically, and focus on graduate students or technical fields that are in demand. By focusing these areas, we can eliminate many security risks, because criminals are not the ones studying in prestigious universities in India. Two generations ago, after WWII, many brilliant Indian scientists, engineers, architects, doctors and others immigrated to Canada on the basis of their acquired qualifications, and not through admissions to dubious business colleges.
