  • I made these quick videos of my C109RT Because UA-cam is swamped with M109R videos, and nothing for their Flagship C109R which is the more standard cruiser style compared to the macho muscle looking M.
First video was general info and walk around, this one has engine start up and criticism from stuff I have read, and a couple beefs I have also.
Watch for a picture of my first motorcycle! I think you will like it.....
Next video is my first attempt to record the bike when moving... Not easy since I do not have a helmet mount camera!

Thanks, I've never been called a Cool Cat before but it fits! The bike is just incredible if you can handle the weight of it. My momma's friend sat on it recently and wasn't able to get her off her kickstand, poor guy. After close to a year, no regrets getting this ride.
Welcome to UA-cam B.T.W. Noticed on your profile you just joined today!
Well, this cool cat is dog gone tired after my shift, but I'm going riding once I'm off the I.Net.

Sorry it took so long to respond, I had been deleting You Tube e-mails as I get nothing but recommended videos for ever now. But I appreciate it thank you. Do you ride in the summer or is it to god awful hot in Australia? In Florida here it would get to 100 Degrees F' ( 37.777 C' ) almost on a daily basis.

Riding in the heat here in Tampa is the best! 😤

Hans Felsh I am glad you enjoy the heat lol. I always wore a black leather jacket when I rode, and me not exactly being slim the 99°f Temperatures were rough. They are awesome Motorcycles, 1800cc of pure torque! Thank you for the comments, and be safe out there when riding in the beautiful Fl. Weather.

I got rid of this motorcycle several months after making the video, you can only see your life flashing before you eyes due to horrible Florida drivers not seeing you so many times before you call it quits.
Oil Changes are a pain for the dealer, twice they over filled it requiring me to take it back. They finally figured out a 'trick' to do it right.
I loved it, worked flawless for me for a year, and was SUPER FAST. 34MPG was about my average. Not sure current prices though. ;)

Typically I will take it out for a hour or two ride, I have a couple nice scenic routs around here. But when the weather is nice I will take it to work as often as I can because it gets well over double the mileage of my V8 truck. With the water cooled engine even when it's over 100 degrees outside it's still bearable.
The saddlebags are large enough to bring home a good amount of groceries or whatever you might need for dinner also.
    Peace!

No probs mate,, I have since changed over to a Yamaha RSTD,, 2006. I just didn't feel right with the RT,, absolute love the RSTD,, suits me so much better,, I have done a couple of reviews on it here.. But looks like I,m getting my dream bike next year,, the new Vintage indian ,, yes gets a bit warm here but I,m in perth so ten months of good riding,,just lack of places to go.. Will be doing some riding in the sates next year.. Colorado , and Vegas .. Ride safe my friend..

I no longer ride unfortunately. This was my last bike out of 3 and I sold it a short time after filming this video. In Florida every time you ride it's risking your life with the drivers here :( There are only so many times your nearly a bug in a trucks grill before the hobby you love no longer is fun. I now have a 2004 Mustang Convertible I drive when I need some open air.

I will check out your videos in the morning. The Royal Star was on my check list for large cruiser but I went with the C109RT due to price and that big honking engine. And a Vintage Indian, that's sweet man your going to like that their is nothing like a piece of automotive history to make you smile.

Hey man that sucks,, I hear you but.. It's not much better over with drivers, we have some of the worst drivers in the world here in Perth.. Mustang that's the shit .. Nice ride..

So was I when I filmed this way back when. Awesome motorcycles, though I have to admit I don't miss riding to much. In Florida, you head out on the road your taking your life in your own hands. Were a retiree state and all the near misses with other motorist ruined my hobby. But for the bike itself, you bought an awesome piece of hardware.
