I believe I use this same exact script to automate patch changes within sets, but through this, when I hit play, sometimes even if I’m within other sets, and with proper CC values set, it halts anything else and brings it to the set with the script in it. This is brutal for me because my live set is electronic music and features 9 backing tracks running in parallel. So the backing tracks will stop and switch to a completely different song. Kinda rough…any suggestions on how to alleviate this? Currently the only solution I’ve found is to turn off the script on stage once I’ve finished playing that song, but I’d really rather not have to…
Another question, would you copy and past the same AutoCC allies channel strip in different patches or make a new channel strip so you can change your settings for the particularly patch?
I would definitely copy and paste it but not as an alias. That way I can make changes to the channel strip without affecting the automation channel strip.
Yes, you’ll want to press the button and check the midi input window at the top of the concert in edit mode. This will tell you what MIDI message that button is sending then you can assign the automation to that note.
AutoCC doesn't appear in Mainstage

can you also instead of a midi note us a midi button connected to a midi controller?

@@CatherallAudio Cool thanks!
Can you get it to automatically trigger patch changes based on a certain measure of a click track without hitting a key or button?
