मै लगभग 18 महीनों से 1 घंटे तक प्रत्येक दिन सुबह व्यायाम कर रहा हूं जिसमे मै संपूर्ण शरीर का व्यायाम करता हूं।
तभी भी मेरे शरीर में ताकत की कमी का अनुभव होता है, अधिकतर समय। क्यों?

Ye to doctor ki salah se hi karna chahiye lekin walking, stair climbing aur dard na hone vali lagbhag sabhi exercises sahi form & technique ke sath aap kar sakte ho lekin weight Kam karne ke liye accha diet bhi lijiye

Aniruddh viya, I have really high blood pressure, I eat mostly vegetarian but still that is the case, do you think high rep Rammurti Dand and Squat daily with heavy lifting going to lower blood pressure or higher it?
It probably has to do with the fact that I consume a lot of tobacco.
I feel much better doing Dands and heavy lifting daily though.
Mostly because of drinking and smoking, dand & baithak will help but light long walk in nature is very helpful with lots of greens in diet, eat leafy vegetables 2-4 times a day, most vegetarians are grainatarians.

Doing this every day seems like nonsense to me. I do fullbody 2 times a week and I feel strong and full of energy.
Doing push ups or burpees every day will make you lose strength and cause depression.
In the past I worked out EVERY DAY and did a lot of push-ups and couldn't sleep at night.
sometimes I fell asleep with my eyes open.
Now I do hard fullbody exercises only twice a week.
I have quality sleep,
🚨 SEX DRIVE!!!🚨 and I have great strength, stamina and fitness.
I have said in video that everyday we should be active, not do hard workouts. Please watch whole video
