Seeing this genuinely makes me cry. The original video got me into Flamingosis, EFD, and just about half my music taste. Music is so deeply, deeply, genuinely life-savingly important to me and this was one of the most important pieces of music to some of my more formative years, digging up an old iPod just so I could burn mp4s of the beat tapes onto it. Older wiser me is still bumping this forever. Never stop EFD.
My first track that I ever listened to by Flamingosis and the first edit I ever saw from ElFamosoDemon back in 2017. Life was weird at that time, but seeing this edit and hearing the music behind it really made things feel sublime and at peace. Even if it was just for a moment.

That's the beauty of it all. Good things take effort, that's why they seem to rarely last. But in order to have something good the effort has to come from somewhere. Sometimes it comes from you, sometimes it comes from those around you, and there are even times where it comes from both you and your community. We have the power to make good times happen when we want them to happen. All you need to do is put out at least a little bit of effort towards making another mediocre day great. Sure, there will be times where we slip up, times that don't feel good, and times that we need to simply rest. But we can also try again later to make the rest of the day or even tomorrow better. That is what I think is the beauty of it all. The beauty of the present.

You try skateboarding or roller skate here you’re gonna have something bad happen to you. Breaks my heart that society turned from fun and great times to misery and collapse. I guess we gotta thank boomers for it.

My wife played this for me just after divorcing me, she didnt lose me though, she threw me away at the time i needed her the most. My struggles were apparently too inconvenient for her and she took what i provided for granted, she sure found herself in high water once i let go.
