NMIXX really shines with their live performances- they all have good vocal skills. and are now doing all their entire performances without vocal backing tracks which is incredibly rare for KPop girl groups these days. They completed a bunch of outdoor college music festivals in Korea where they are finally growing in popularity and just got back from doing several outdoor music festivals in Europe.
Nmixx is my top kpop group. Thanks again for the reaction! Yeah man, just expect the unexpected lol. Technically, all 3 of these songs were pretty straight forward “one song” songs. All different vibes for sure. Nmixx cannot be placed in a box for real. They explore different vibes and genres for sure. Only thing you can count on with Nmixx is killer vocals. Hope you enjoy K-Con! I can’t go but I’m hoping they do a USA tour soon and make a stop in Texas!

It's clear that TG doesn't really know what to make of this and what all the hype about, until we get to "Roller Coaster", and I get it. There's something good in every NMIXX song, because they are all so damn talented, but personally, I really didn't dig their songs in the beginning. The producers were trying way too hard to reinvent the wheel and come up with a unique concept, and it didn't really land... hence how divisive their early tracks were, compared to know, where you can see that everyone is acknowledging them). I had seen enough of their covers (their cover of "The Feels" is incredible) to know that they were talented, but it wasn't until "Party O Clock" and "Roller Coaster" that I really got on the hype wagon, and I never really looked back. I would recommend the following MVs: "Party O Clock", "Soñar", and "Dash". The following b-sides: "Run For Roses", "Boom", "Passion Fruit". And you should definitely check out their "It's Live" performances and some of their appearances on shows like Lee Mujin Service and Begin Again Open Mic ("POV", "Keep the door open", "3D", "Symphony", and "0310", which are all massive highlights).
