This is remarkably BEAUTIFUL! PERFECT!!! My FOREVER "Dream" Home! 🏡 Great Floorplan 😍... All I'D ADD is a covered oasis in the backyard near pool w/ waterfalls, fire features, a garden 🌱& privacy greenery 🌴 all around the fence to block out neighbors. LOVE IT! LOVE IT! LOVE IT!
Love the exterior of the home and no garage in the front of the home, that's a plus for me..... ( I smile everytime I watch these home videos, my heart just smiles ). I love the high ceiling and the lighting in that home , absolutely gorgeous.... I love the natural light that flows through the house... Love that the homes are not close to one another... Backyard is a good size, I would prefer to fence it in for privacy. Overall that home is AMAZING.
Thanks for posting. Lovely from the outside, however inside feels really blocky and claustrophobic. I will never understand why the secondary rooms are so small and bland. If you going to spend all that money design it in a way that everyone living in the house gets to spread out in their own personal rooms. Alright kids, I'll be in my huge garage, workout room, or bedroom, while you sit here and stare at this boxed shaped 100 square foot room. Counters, cabinets, and bathrooms tiles, all look like an apartment complex "model apartment". But what do I know.

Reading the comments where some don’t think is worth $2.1M, just having a basement in Texas is worth $1/2M and the high end appliances - kitchen, butlers pantry, basement, plus smart home wired another $ 1/2 M; add the unique fixtures and finishes, I can see $2M.

@@barbarapearson5896 my thought exactly, I said....😵oh no this would drive me crazy carrying all the food and pans from around the wall to the kitchen on other side then after everybody is done you have to carry pots full of food around that wall to non functional kitchen #2, and keep all your dishes in non functional Kitchen #2 again...😰this house is not for me nope 💯

The lack was real 2 be a 2M house and the split kitchen would drive me crazy having to carry all your food and pans and dishes to kitchen #1 then when finished carry everything back to kitchen number 2... Terrible design, it's a no for me💯!

Hi Michael. This house is really unique in that it is a custom built home with lots of upgrades, very high quality products. One thing that stood out the most is the basement. This is very rare/uncommon in Texas. It is sitting on 1 acre of land in a very desirable city and great school district as well. But I have to agree with you that the $2M price tag is too high because it hasn't sold yet :-) Thanks for watching!

The layout is bit horrible! the house has great ecstatic but layout! Why three different sets of stairs to the small basement? - it is blocking two rooms, neither they can't be called completely as one bedroom or two bedrooms. if the stairs are removed the room upstairs, it will be equal to second masters or mother-in-law suite. - no proper escape window in basement doesn't necessarily qualify as a proper bedroom. and no full washroom in basement. - formal dinning room is way off the kitchen, going across the eat in area of the kitchen?
May be one of the strangest layouts I've ever seen. Lots of wasted space and weird fixtures. While I agree that a finished basement is nice - I would be scared to have one in that part of Texas (flooding). The cheapo setup for laundry was bizarre - why not a separate laundry room? I'm sure someone will buy & love this home. But gee whiz.
I didn't see a full basement. The theater isn't really a basement it was just half a level down. I guess in Texas they don't know what real basements are or how they're made.
I would not consider this a mansion. Many parts of the house look cheap. I can't see how this house is worth $2.1 million unless it is in a great location. Who wants a house with the refrigerator that far away from the rest of the kitchen.
This house isn’t worth 2 mil. The layout makes no sense. Extremely extra to have 3 staircases to a small basement, especially to have one in a BEDROOM (Jr bedroom). The house is huge but everything feels so claustrophobic. The left wing of the house is like a maze, too many doors!
This home has too much of the fad design. I don't like the barn door things, don't like the black and white color contrast, don't like the columns, don't like a whole lot about the design and decor of this home. This home is just not me at all. It's a beautiful house but not homey.
I think this house will be hard to sell. From the outside it tries to be French country style. The inside is a failed attempt at perhaps a modern French country. The light fixtures and fireplace do not fit and look cheap. The kitchen is a terrible design. Looks like a half million dollar house,with out an architect or interior designer. Designed by a builder or owner who did not know what they were doing.

That area is for a professional Chef to prepare meals.
If the chef is preparing meals there where is the stove/oven for them to cook the food? Just put a wall around the whole kitchen.
