Sometimes I “get lost” while watching videos of house tours because the videographer would sometimes just get random shots of rooms in random order. Not in this one. Rooms were shown in the order that one would do when touring a house in person. Smooth transitions too. I got different angles of each room. Thank you and good job!

The filming of the house was really good for how large it is in capturing all the detail and room size . Hard to film on floor plans this large but you did an amazing job for someone that cannot see it in person . A favorite floor plan of mine , but wish the laundry room was larger and not having to walk thru it from the garage , . Just larger at least for this size home. There are a lot of added extra $ features in the home , but a beautiful hm /floor plan……… Lucky family who will call it home one day

The editing and music overlay is great as well. Your skills have served to masterfully enhance the details of this already beautiful home. Bravo!
A great job of video touring this home.....It is a beautiful spacious home and appears a great value for the price point......The master bath and his n her wardrobe closets are a nice touch......the only flaw for me would the master bed room lacked a wow factor, i would have liked a separate sitting area and perhaps french doors added to those big ass windows.......
Toll builds a a great house but I have to admit , out of all their models ( most of them anyway ) this one is pretty weak on the decorating . Little shocked by it . . I’m happy not Gray gray gray again. . The floor plan is nice , I have been in it .

Property taxes are 2.6 in Texas if memory serves. A property this price would be extraordinarily high in taxes
