- In this video, I will tour you around Tralee, Ireland during lockdown.
It was a sunny day so I decided to get some sunshine - which is a rare commodity here in Ireland. LOL! We're on Level 5 lockdown so we can only travel within 5km from our home and most shops are closed. So, I took out the drone and my gimbal to take some really nice shots / clips around the city centre. We're gonna have a quick tour around my town during lockdown. I hope you enjoy this as much as I did!
The drone shots were taken using DJI Mini 2. It is super easy to use and takes 4K great quality videos! It's light so you don't need a license to fly it.

P.S. I followed all the social distancing rules while walking around the city. Also, you can see from most shots that the place is almost empty! I basically have the city to myself! Woot woot!

I live in Tralee its a nice town so many places to explore once the restrictions are lifted you need to head west to the mountains with that camera view's are amazing

Just to share Rose of Tralee are for Irish Diaspora refers to ethnic Irish people and their descendants who live outside the Island 0f IRELAND., I lived here in Ireland as well i'am base here in Wexford , this year is my 15 years here in Ireland..Good to see and know more Filipino's are making Ireland as they're new found Home to live with out any doubts..

I love that you are living in Tralee. I know that town really well. I grew up close to Tralee and went to school there. I used to hang out in the square during school lunch time and have many happy memories from Tralee.

0:43 Was that miniature golf? What building is this? Ok, indeed it is. I looked it up. This build is the Aquadome indoor water pool and fun place with miniature/crazy golf out back, called "aqua golf". It's on UA-cam. Interesting. Opened in 1994, apparently.

Maybe in the nice weather go for a hike out to Scotia's Grave just to the south of Tralee. I personally would if I ever get to visit Ireland someday. According to Irish legend, she was the exiled daughter of an Egyptian Pharoah who brought the Gaelic language to Ireland along with her people. There's more to the story but it's fascinating! Queen Scotia died in a battle against the Tuatha De' Danann :)

I've lived in Tralee for 6 months last year, I miss the city so so much. I lived near the church too and during lockdown I would always go at the park, enjoy it as much as you can!
You could show us the other side of Tralee too, near the cinema and where the circus is there's a lovely walk. And another park next to the roundabout that brings to the canal but instead of going right you go straight. Show uuus, help me deal with this nostalgic pain ahah 😊
