Absolutely right. I have seen other film footage of Master Mifune going about 3/4 speed on people half his height taller (and they were using full exertion) to try and bring him down. He was incredible at assessing a situation and countering. That's what years of real combat do for you. You figure out what works and you "round file" the rest. In his time, Master Mifune was one of the very best.
There is another video where about 20 students challenge him in a friendly match to see his capabilities and he slams them all to the ground. He is incredibly soft and light. Mifune was the real O'Sensei.At least his curriculum was pressure tested every day by high ranking Judokas who were much much bigger and stronger than Mifune sensei was and his waza never failed.He knew how to look at everything from a bird's eye view and how to not get tunnel vision.👍

That guy is Sensei Kyuzo Mifune, their Judo is before World War and they really know how to destroy catch wrestler back in the day, not just catch wrestler, Judo in the old days capable of destroying Kick Boxer, Boxer, Jujutsu and BJJ. Sensei Kyuzo Mifune learn Judo in its purest form. If you see Rhonda Rousey or any other Judoka that won MMA or Grappling Tournaments. Those guy (Mifune, Kimura etc) stronger than what you think (Satoshi Ishii, Yoshida, etc).
