Thanks for sharing. I played with the dimensions a bit so that US currency (folded in half) will fit: cut the paper 11 inches by 9.5 inches, score at 2.75 inches, 5.5 inches and 8.25 inches from a short edge. A liner piece 3.75 by 5.25 inches will fit inside.
Love, love love it. So easy to make. I resized it to 30cm x 30cm to make a pocket to post my ATC swaps. The finished pocket size is: overall 11cm x 15cm ,the internal pocket size is 6.5cm x10cm. Thank you for the tutorial. :)
So simple and beautiful! I think it could be lovely with Japanese decorative tape covering the outside of the fold to protect those edges of the washi. Just a thought! I know you'd lose a pocket back there, but it would be pretty to look at!

Paper like this usually needs to be found at an Asian store or an art supply store. Regular craft stores like Hobby Lobby or Michaels won't have it. You can also get them online through Amazon sometimes.
All of the printables are PDF files. If you go to the designs and click through to one you like you will reach a page that says Print this Design. When you click on the design your computer should automatically give you a chance to download the file and/or open it up in the browser. You can then choose to print from there. Hope this helps. You could, but just be careful. It folds in half so things shouldn't pop out so easily but I would hate it say it is 100% safe to hold money. Use strong paper and treat it carefully. Thanks for watching!

Every ruler here in the U.S. has centimeters; it's the oposite side of the inches with smaller sections. 1 inch + 2.54 cm Hope that helps. Also, when doing bigger numbers (and to help speed the process) you can always google the number of cm into inches and viceversa on google. Eg. type 25 cm into inches into the google search bar (or your browser if you use another one) and it will automatically tell you. I'm lucky that I grew up with both measurements, but here in the U.S. we are the only ones in the whole world that use inches, feet, miles; everyone else in the world uses the metric system.

The paper needs to be 25 x 25 cm from the start. That should give you the size you need for real use.
