I did this for just 4 months and lost 40 lbs. Although i did also increase my workout sessions as time went on.

I’ve seen analysts who have been in the same position even though they have decades worth of experience in that role and I’ve seen Directors who are very young and have reached that top position. Talking to both I understood the the young directors social skills were on another level while the experienced analyst was introverted. Once you’re a director, you’re not doing grunt work. You’re more often delegating tasks and organizing. While also communicating to senior executive directors.

I was 325 actually. I mean I have an excel spreadsheet of my weight loss / food / workouts and I lost 29.1lbs of it in the first month. It slowed down over the course of it. My weight jumped up fast and went down fast too. There were a lot of factors that made it a bit of a perfect storm, but one was I went from door dashing Mcdonald's and Taco Bell 1-2 times a day to dropping fast food and nearly all sugar in general.

I went from no weight lifting to daily weight lifting. Also had been decently muscled before so felt like rebuilding it went faster that doing it for the first time. My diet is a kind of zig zag intermittent fasting I think its called. I fast every other day, so I eat normally one day and the next I only eat lunch. Weight would jump down a lot after each fasting day. Also helped to curb craving because it was just "just wait to tomorrow" as opposed to "I will never eat that again" I also had to go through a lot of brands of stuff to find food that was good substitutes for foods i was craving, lower calorie, and no prep time. Fairlife for protein drink (150cal 30g protein, tastes just like chocolate milk). Del Real for shredded chicken (lot of precooked chicken brands taste like rubber). El Posada for a microwave burrito (300 cal). then the other two I mentioned, I started pretty high at 325 and went from doordashing fast food daily and eating candy all day to completely stopping that cold turkey.
