@@AirRifleActivities yes the BC Can differ slightly in different barrels, but not by the numbers you quote my friend. For example the 33.95 MK1’s (0.053) can fluctuate values, 0.050 - 0.055 can be expected, but no larger. If you have to “fudge” you BC figures more than that to match your ballistic app fire solution then your setup is, well not set up correctly. Many people fudged/adjust their BC value first, to match their fire solution prediction, this is the most accurate part that can be calculated in a set up. The ability to be able to measure speed “accurately” is the biggest overlooked value, even Chronographs can have a large amount of error or unknown uncertainty. Yes I agree BC values of any kind can change in different barrels, but nothing like the figures you are quoting. Enjoy your videos pal, keep them coming 👍
@@precisionairguns5553 I'm glad you enjoy the videos, even that old one 🙂 Still, I absolutely disagree with you, and I assure you - I don't "fudge" anything to fake results. If there's a problem, I look for the source and try to solve it. In different sources I've seen BC for the Mk1 starting at 0.046 and going all the way up to almost 0.06. Anyway, not the place to argue about that. Thank you again, buddy, stay safe and hopefully - stay tuned.
Duly noted, Dave. I stopped adding background music to most of my videos. Just here and there, at the beginning and at the end, because some viewers like it. It's an old video of mine. Thank you for watching and be advised that with airguns you may get different results out of your own airgun. Testing is the name of the game. Straight shooting 👍
I have a problem then, im still shooting the "Non mk2" 5 years later. And now amazon is calling them all mk2 , but the picture shows diffrent. So now i dont know what im going to get . Id rathed have the first version of these cause the cup is bigger
Sorry about that Amazon thing, and the MK1 are by no means worse, they perform much better put of a number of barrels. Thanks for watching one of my first attempts at making videos 🙂
My taipan veteran long is not accurate with mk2..but flawless with mk1 at 910fps...my chort barrel condor love them both..but the 24 inch barrel is a little bit more loose and only like mk1
Good review and comparison. I'm expecting a 50-meter test.
👍
The Bc for the MK1’s is actually 0.053 And the Mk2’s are 0.043.
The BC of any pellet actually is different for every barrel and at different distances.

Very well done. It's just what I was looking for. Thoughtful and precise. But I would really lose that frantic soundtrack. It does not add anything.

With my guns it's 0.048.
