Preventing the customer from leaving is illegal. The only option is to call the police and inform them of the situation. If customer wishes to go before the police get there. There is nothing you can do. Customer could have sued the garage for not letting him leave.
@chefchutardo5215 That's not true everywhere. Different places have different laws. In some places, if a vehicle is deemed unsafe/fails a safety inspection, then that vehicle can not be legally driven. If the customer really wants to leave with their vehicle, they can if they get it towed.
The only words I understood on the last vid was “blue tooth.”
When my family first moved to northern California, they still had roadside inspections.
Every state needs to have them.
Illinois used to have pickup truck inspections. As long as the lights, brakes, and horn worked, and you had your emergency flares or triangles, it passed. The inspectors never looked under the vehicle or looked at brake wear.
@@robertheinkel6225I was a young kid when they stopped inspections in Illinois and thanks goodness. i remember my dad had a chevy luv truck and they didnt pass it once because his one brake was like 20 percent less then the other side.
I'm shocked that GM hasn't been hit with a class action lawsuit for the way the pickup frames rust out!
Unfortunately, it's not just GM. No automaker wants to fix problems. Disgraceful at best.
Salt on the rust belt states destroy all cars and I don’t think k there’s a whole lot you can do unless you put like an oil film all under the car so maybe gm should offer that service for at least 5 years on the car
If you live in california and never drive in winter and the frame rusted out, then you can call the lawyer.

go to a regular shop and get the cheapest auto zone parts or go to dealership and get original parts the choice is yours 😂
@papo862 Dealerships use non-OEM parts all the time without asking the customer what they prefer. If you want OEM parts, you better tell them that's what you want, and you want to see the opened packaging when you go to pick up your vehicle when it's done.
