I definitely liked this episode. They gave us answers in this episode, not all the answers of course there are still things unanswered, but at least we know where the monsters come from and who those children are. We also understand the reason why Jade and Tabitha saw those children

We were speaking to the fact that instead of saying she was told to kill Ethan specifically (especially since Elgin knows who Ethan is) she said, "I was told to kill a little boy". We were probably reading too much into it but, that's what we were talking about. When we watched that episode we knew it was about Ethan.
Slow pace but the ending is "WOW". But still there's so much mysteries here. My biggest question now is who promised them the eternal live in exchange for their children? Some kind of evil deity or what?

In the painting, the Man In Yellow has black hair and a big cut or scratch on his cheek- right where Julie has a big scratch on her cheek! There's definitely a connection between those two. The Man In Yellow wasn't surprised to see Julie there either. The town has been short three (now four) people all season and I think a younger version of The Man In Yellow will arrive by car next season...
people talked about this season going slow and boring but the ending jsut blown away every thinking . The suspense is still on with more energy waiting.

Victor's Dad told Tabitha that his wife said she wasn't the first to have the visions of the place and wont be the last. There were others before her and wil be others after. Theyre souls keep coming back (Reincarnation) trapped to that place until they free the children. And from the looks of Jim's daughter she looks older so that means they're gonna be there MUCH LONGER!!!

The hole didn’t bring the thing out. The Yellow Man is either the monster leader or he’s the “It” Fatima referred to. Either way he was the man on the radio. This guy has been watching them, and took action because they learned to much and it threatened the stability of whatever extradimensional space they are in. It’s basically a battle between Jade and Tabitha and whatever forces maintain this place.
Might be the first time I actually liked Sarah. She reminds of Carol from walking dead a bit. Carol killed 2 innocent people who were infected thinking it would save others from the plague spreading than turns into a badass. Still iffy about Sarah but I hope they continue this character route!
I feel bad for elgin because he truly believed he was helping and now is disfigured for it. I dont know how you even survive having a dirty screw driver in your eye socket.
I thought I was the only one who felt bad for him. I think we will see him again in season 4. Boyd has snapped. Kenny is once again has been betrayed by Boyd. I honestly think Fatima wasn't going to be harmed by the kimono woman because afterwards, the kimono lady bought the mass of flesh in the cellar.
I wonder whether Julie, Marielle and Randall entering the ruins together could allow them to break the rules of storywalking and actually rewriting history. Julie kept hearing screams in her mind, Randall sees the cicadas, so what does Marielle perceive/experience exactly to complete the See no Evil/Hear no Evil/Speak no Evil trias?
Jim kept threatening people like he's Hank Hill, but when the time came to stand on business, he got cooked. I'm kidding, of course, but Jim generally annoyed me, so I was not saddened by his passing.

They killed Jim because he was smarter than jade and Tabitha because two times he has given ideas the radio tower and music notes and beside Jim being annoying and not understanding his wife he was very clever with the problems he was giving solution that's why man in yellow already had warned him on the radio but Jim tries to do again that's why he killed Jim so that he cannot give more ideas to escape.😬😬
He just wanted to protect his family and he was right every time they tried anything it would end up in a bad way he actually didn't want to take any chance over his family's life
I feel like the voices Sarah can hear are also from the radio, like the man in yellow, but the ghost people are just trying to help, the radio just made everyone able to hear them. it's also possible Tabitha's flashbacks happen because she might be Victor's sister, because she also remembers herself being there as a child.
And then there's that union soldier who chased jade. Black dude, he had one pale eye, so he's blind. And we did saw someone who's dark in skin actually lose an eye in this episode
why didnt they just let the guy who they suspected of knowing her whereabouts leave with the supplies, then covertly follow him to where the woman was being held?
Jade and Tabitha are the wait through next year. and you guys had such a perfect reaction to this episode. Think of this year as being over, so there's not much too much to sit and wait for.
I don¨t understand anything of the Tabitha Jade thing, but it make sense now why Tabitha/Miranda and Jade/Christopher had same storyline. Def think the man in yellow is between everything like the sacrifice etc, but he was trapped so only way he could communicate was via radio, phone etc, but when Jade played the music. Tabitha and Jade were born there when things got bad( with other name of course). The others inhabitants sacrified their child to live for eternity but in echange they would became Monsters i guess. Tabitha and Jade tried to save their own girl but failed. They are link to came back everything time they fail to save the childrens in the tower. Tabitha childrens are important too and they means something thats why the man in yellow tried to convince Sarah to kill Ethan. He is the bringer of hope like Victor was and Julie can alter event. At the end we see Julie from the futur trying to save her father but she failed. Basically its a nonstop loop battle against the man in yellow to keep himself alive and the monsters by stopping the reincarnation to doing what they have to do. As long as they can they will live and as long as they do, the others will reincarnate and come again to stop them or try. Hope it help.

I feel like the kimono lady is someone like Fatima, or possibly her previous incarnation. She chose to starve and dehydrate herself over giving into her instincts to eat rot and the dead to feed the baby, and she's trying to prevent someone else from dying that way. Definitely not. She literally initiated the whole “pregnancy”. The whole thing is her mission. It was always her that did it-so she didn’t change that situation. She tried to change Jim’s death and couldn’t. All she had to say was “I’m from 8 months in the future and this was when and where you died. See that guy? He kills you. Follow me back to town and don’t try to fight him because he’s not human.” I think she just “walks” through past events and can relay info to others to help them piece the story together.

It wouldn't surprise me if people reach the town from way out west and from far east, the tree appears and you are there.

We actually just put that together, as well. Not sure how she got pregnant because she's not supposed to be able to, but they never said why she couldn't, just that it eas impossible. But, in that place... anything is possible.

Poor Jim, I kind of disliked him, but he didn't deserve to die🥲 Although I think Julie is going to keep trying to save him, and it seems like it's the first time she's trying to save him because they don't know what exact moment she's in. I feel a little calmer now knowing that Tabitha and Jade are reincarnations. I really enjoyed seeing their reactions and hearing their theories. I can't wait until 2026 😭.
Maybe not proper reincarnations. These are lifetimes to maybe or maybe not figure it out. They ended up in Fromville on a loop. That's not reincarnation. More like groundhog day... and remembering a previous loop. But in any case, it means none of them are permanently gone so we will see him again.
Killing off a main character has never been a good idea, hard to see how this will will do now, I always hated the main characters, I cared about Boyd’s character more but just because the audience hates the main characters doesn’t mean you kill them off.
His character is no longer useful or necessary. In the first season he served as a relatable everyman character. Now we are in the story and he no longer serves as a useful vehicle to carry us along with the plot.

Yes, we already figured that he's the one who has been watching them. The meaning behind the hole is something we've been thinking over. We don't think it released him (as was my initial, possible thought, I wasn't completely sold on that). After watching it a 2nd time and re-watching some of the other episodes... we have an entirely new perspective webwill share in our review.
man they did Elgin dirty, sure Boyd had his reasons but my man elgin better be alive and him having some sort of comeback knowing about what happened to his best friend and also F Fatima couldn't care if she died lol. also didnt care for jim he only became a good character near the end. Top 3 Characters in this show are Jade, Victor, Randall, and ill put elgin 4th as he is the least annoying character and tries to help
We hate that Elgin was tortured like that but, dude was playing with fire. Jim was hella annoying but we were still shocked they killed him (... or did they?). That ending was wild! 2026 is too far away, lol!

I feel like the voices Sarah can hear are also from the radio, like the man in yellow, but the ghost people are just trying to help, the radio just made everyone able to hear them.
it's also possible Tabitha's flashbacks happen because she might be Victor's sister, because she also remembers herself being there as a child.

There was never anything that said the monsters couldn't go out in the daytime. That was just assumption based on how the monsters behave.
I don¨t understand anything of the Tabitha Jade thing, but it make sense now why Tabitha/Miranda and Jade/Christopher had same storyline. Def think the man in yellow is between everything like the sacrifice etc, but he was trapped so only way he could communicate was via radio, phone etc, but when Jade played the music. He broke free and are now abel to walk in daylight. I loved seeing your reaction ❤
Tabitha and Jade were born there when things got bad( with other name of course). The others inhabitants sacrified their child to live for eternity but in echange they would became Monsters i guess. Tabitha and Jade tried to save their own girl but failed. They are link to came back everything time they fail to save the childrens in the tower. Tabitha childrens are important too and they means something thats why the man in yellow tried to convince Sarah to kill Ethan. He is the bringer of hope like Victor was and Julie can alter event. At the end we see Julie from the futur trying to save her father but she failed. Basically its a nonstop loop battle against the man in yellow to keep himself alive and the monsters by stopping the reincarnation to doing what they have to do. As long as they can they will live and as long as they do, the others will reincarnate and come again to stop them or try. Hope it help.

The town changed because Miranda and Jade showed up.2 cars remember?Things always go off the rails when those twos reincarnations show up because they and i assume their children because Ethan is like a DM from dungeons and dragons and Julie can story walk.The entity gets scared when these people show up because they are the only ones with the power to stop or change all of this.People needs to listen to Oracle Dungeon Master Ethan more because his words make the rules and plot the story.Momsters dont eat their immortal.They kill because their under the control of Yellowman or something bigger.People in this town would of figured all this shit out if they would just COMMUNICATE with another.Only the big bad not the man in yellow (who i dont think is an old God but is the OGs right hand man)feeds off emotions.This show is stew of old wives tales,king,lovecraft,3 major religions and a few minor ones.We know nothing of the abilities of these creatures we only know what they have done in this reimcarnation loop.The monsters are immortal they have intelligence and if you listen to Randal they remember what they once were.They are just under the control of tue man im yellow and his boss.The music was played and thats the difference.They now remember who they were and whats going on.Fatima gave birth to a pod so i guessing she now knows everything Smiley knows.But quit saying anything about food.They dont need it.The monsters dont live off fear or hope either their fucking immortal.The man in yellow aand his boss need fear and hope for power.Also,I believe someone trapped the man in yellow and the big boss there by cutting down a faraway tree and creating the loop.Because if you had this much power why would you stay in just one place.The ending will take place in the 1500s right after the children are killed Julie will cut down the tree after her mom is killed for the 100th time and to keep the monsters and there bosses FROM going out into the real world to do some damage The end is the begining.Remember?

You’re saying that she “chose starvation” and didn’t want others to have to eat rotten food and blood … So she now makes others nurture demons and eat blood and rotten crops? Make that make sense for me. Kimono lady is likely the “mother” of these creatures and possibly even the one that “saved them” and made them “live” forever.

Yellow guy could be like the Chained Marine or like what Boyd would become eventually. "my blood is your blood" maybe they sire the Nosferatu people and, as sires, they can walk during the day. Marine guy could also claw people well, which is what he did to Boyd to pass on his blood. Which killed him.... So maybe there can only be a limited amount of Sires, and one is now dead. One thing is for sure, if Julie was responsible for the rope Boyd got, she can definitely alter the past
@@mothified1676I really don’t think Julie can change anything. She didn’t change the story by throwing Boyd the rope … She just revealed to the viewer the she was the one that did it. It was always her that did it-so she didn’t change that situation. She tried to change Jim’s death and couldn’t. All she had to say was “I’m from 8 months in the future and this was when and where you died. See that guy? He kills you. Follow me back to town and don’t try to fight him because he’s not human.” I think she just “walks” through past events and can relay info to others to help them piece the story together.

@@Brian25091 I wish it were this simple, so far they have touched on Re-incarnation, time travel, alternate dimensions, sacrificed children and an influencing entity who's reach is way beyond the borders of the town, able to keep tabs on Jade's/Tabitha's incarnations and guide them back to town. It wouldn't surprise me if people reach the town from way out west and from far east, the tree appears and you are there.

Poor Jim, I kind of disliked him, but he didn't deserve to die🥲 Although I think Julie is going to keep trying to save him, and it seems like it's the first time she's trying to save him because they don't know what exact moment she's in. I feel a little calmer now knowing that Tabitha and Jade are reincarnations. I really enjoyed seeing their reactions and hearing their theories. I can't wait until 2026 😭.
He was so annoying but, we didn't want him to die, either. We are curious as to the path they are taking with Julie being a "Story Walker".
Maybe not proper reincarnations. These are lifetimes to maybe or maybe not figure it out. They ended up in Fromville on a loop. That's not reincarnation. More like groundhog day... and remembering a previous loop. But in any case, it means none of them are permanently gone so we will see him again.

Killing off a main character has never been a good idea, hard to see how this will will do now, I always hated the main characters, I cared about Boyd’s character more but just because the audience hates the main characters doesn’t mean you kill them off.
We still don't know how to feel about it just yet. We are still shocked.
His character is no longer useful or necessary. In the first season he served as a relatable everyman character. Now we are in the story and he no longer serves as a useful vehicle to carry us along with the plot.

Maybe he always dies at the end, but since it happens more than once it doesn't matter because he'll loop back and eventually figure it out himself.

Yes, we already figured that he's the one who has been watching them. The meaning behind the hole is something we've been thinking over. We don't think it released him (as was my initial, possible thought, I wasn't completely sold on that). After watching it a 2nd time and re-watching some of the other episodes... we have an entirely new perspective webwill share in our review.
man they did Elgin dirty, sure Boyd had his reasons but my man elgin better be alive and him having some sort of comeback knowing about what happened to his best friend and also F Fatima couldn't care if she died lol. also didnt care for jim he only became a good character near the end. Top 3 Characters in this show are Jade, Victor, Randall, and ill put elgin 4th as he is the least annoying character and tries to help
We hate that Elgin was tortured like that but, dude was playing with fire. Jim was hella annoying but we were still shocked they killed him (... or did they?). That ending was wild! 2026 is too far away, lol!
