Wow. All of this and not even a single power tool in sight. Tremendous amount of work! Definition of commitment.
Awesome, someone needs to be teaching these skills to the next generation so they are not forgotten
A brilliant effort. Working with hand tools only. Great work.
The project represents not only an architectural achievement but also a personal commitment to sustainability, creativity, and living in harmony with nature.
It would be cool to have one of these in the back yard. Sometimes you just want to be in a different place than home.
as a lifelong carpenter, I truly enjoyed this video. glad you used square logs for the main build, much better insulation than round logs.
Superior quality, very beautiful. Thank you ❤❤❤
O e of the best DYI VIDEOS I have ever watched. Congratulations young man.
What incredible craftsmanship His attention to detail, and his skill in execution are amazing!
The woodpeckers were thinking, "Dam, these new neighbors make a lot of noise." Regardless, that is an awesome cabin. You don't normally see such craftsmanship from one so young.
Today one must if they want to have a house
You are truly blessed to have the skill to construct this building. I give you so much credit!!!! My hat's off to you!!!!!!
With the wind in the background, I'm already feeling relaxed while pretending my hammock is between 2 tree trunks swaying sweetly from side to side. Makes me wanna shout from a distance...'You got this baby!! Just, let me know if you need any help.'😆😆
It would be nice to see the INside - how the space is used - kitchen cabinets, stove installation, etc.
He made an upstairs & sleeps up there ,but the bottom part he put a wood fired sauna with very little room left for cooking & living.
Better build quality than some builders of new homes in America.
MOST new homes in America.
Bravo Bjorn Brenton....wow sa punë të bukur ke bërë..💎💎💎💎🌟🌟🌟✨✨✨❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🤲🤲🙏🙏🙏🙏
That is one solid frame work Bjorn….well done….missing your videos…
What an amazing job 👍
Excellent build at age 21 , I’m impressed 🙏
Lot quicker to pre cut as much as you can where you can use electric tools. Then tote the parts to the remote location and put it up.
That's a great looking cabin and well built, I love it
I renovated a house where the ends of the floor joists were manually dove tailed into chiselled recesses in the sides of the main beams. After 150 years they were still tight and creak free.
Exceptional talent for one so young - marvellous!
Excellent skills ❤
I would say Brenton has been using a lot of technology to build his cabin. His workmanship was excellent and every structural part was in the right place. Using a thick layer of rubber on the roof instead of tiles was a new idea to us. But looking at the photo of the finished cabin, he may have forgotten to leave an opening for the chimney. I wonder if he would use double glazing on the windows if the weather is bad.
Nice to see you, amazing to watch your every videos. I also watch your bjorn Brenton channel and your mega project regularly
Вот это мастер! Высший класс! Все продумано. В таком доме хочется жить. Не замерзнешь.
Металл с деревом не дружит.
incredible build!!! i hope you'll consider reworking those front steps though. the top step being just below the surface of the porch will be a guaranteed trip event for nearly everyone. other than that minor and easily fixed element, you did an amazing job. GOOD ON YOU!!!
I saw that in the video! I guess code doesn't go out there.
Great job......NICE PLACE TO KICK BACK AND RELAX..!!
Young man, as a carpenter myself, hats off to an amazing job well done. The video work alone would have made me re-think this project. But to do this with hand tools, what a tremendous amount of energy. Also the skill level at your age again is amazing. I am 72 years old now and I have a small woodworking shop in my back yard. I thought you did this job totally alone but near the end of the video, I saw your helper. Jerry Irmo South Carolina USA
There is no way he did this work by himself, with hand tools. Someone milled the bulk of this wood. (I just noticed the end of your comment, in reference to his helper.) It was definitely done right. That Cabin will last a lifetime. I would like to see it all finished on the inside. It was a joy to watch.
@@Pastor-Brettbyfaith I know the bulk of the lumber was milled. At the end of the video his dog showed up. That is who I was talking about when I said he had help. This young man did a job 99% of people would not touch at any time. Hats off to this young man and his work ethic.
@jerryhubbard4461 Agreed.
@@Pastor-Brettbyfaith THERE ARE COUNTLESS AI GENERATED VIDEOS?? IT IS NOT RIGHT THAT WE ARE NOT TOLD TRUTHFULLY WHICH VIDEOS ARE AI GENERATAED DEEP FAKES OR REAL GENUINE PEOPLE DOING PROJECTS OR WHAT EVER.
I PREFER TO WATCH REAL GENUINE PEOPLE WORKING AND SHOULD HAVE THE OPTION OF KNOWING IF IT IS AI OR REAL PEOPLE
NICE WORK AND EVEN NICER TO HAVE ENGINEERED PLANS AND MATERIALS. SALUTE!!!
Excellent work, Benton. Beautiful final product. I hope you're proud of the work you did, because it's a cabin that many people would love to have.
The skill of carpentry always ceases to amaze me. A skillset I'd still like to try my hands at...one day.
RUN SPOT RUN!!!!!
You have an awesome collection of excellent tools and use them well.
You are amazing!!!! I can't believe the job you are doing!!!!!
Wow , I haven't seen one of those hand drills in 50 years or so . They do the job when one doesn't have any electric drills. You've done a fantastic job building that cabin and I wouldn't mind having a cabin like that one .💯👍😎✌️💪
Its so well made 👍👍👍
I really like when those polls build by concrete, this man is professional builder ,he is young , tallent and working hard , I could see there is a bright path to success ❤, he didn’t say a words but the viewer very interesting, not like the others channel , they talk more than their progress , great channel , Subscribed.
Pas besoin de commentaire et de musique pour captiver l'attention. Juste des images et des bruits environnants.C'est une très belle réalisation.Bravo.
You do realise Bjorn the actual builder has his own UA-cam channel ? He's done so much more than this now.
Beautiful well built house.
Very good!
amazing
A very good carpenter can do this work. But the man is only 21. And his choice of squared timber is the best.
I think here in the United States the timber he used would just cost to much to build something like this. The wood for the walls would be super expensive.
First, I salute you with my hat off! And you are doing all this at 22, less than half my age! Looking forward to seeing other great projects of yours.
Well built cabin
i like his work very well done ...... good insulation ...... he's young too ..... i'm impressed
Well done 👍👍👍
Top👍👍👍
No power tools! Hats off! Sir
You got mad skills young man, you should be very proud. Well done with excellent craftsmanship.
بناء متين ونظامي بمهاره رائعه، بيت مريح بين أحضان الطبيعه الخصراء حلم الكثيرين
Parabéns vc é um ótimo profissional Brasil
WALNUT WOOD???
I'm Done!
This young man’s building skills and sense of aesthetics is impressive.
Seu trabalho está ficando ótimo amei ❤❤❤❤❤❤.
amazing !!!
Awesome 😎❤
Looks great. The thumbnail is a different structure than the one you show here though...
Wow wonderful 👌👌🥰🥰
geezus. You know the bugs are bad when you can hear them buzzing in the audio for the video
That dudes lil axe is as sharp as a straight razor
Супер профессионал!!!!!!! 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Buen video paisano, andaba esperando para verlo hoy. Por cierto lo comparti en mi pagina personal para que mas gente te siga, y les dije que dejen correr los anuncios para que puedas ganar mas dinero en tu canal jajajaj
That is beautiful work.
I have one comment after watching, Dewalt makes some nice battery powered tools.
Very nice, also . . . . . looks very flammable. 😋
Gk bisa berkata²...😭😭😭 Allah sdh menunjukkan semuanya
I'm impressed with your construction techniques! Using only saw, chisel and hammer. The only doubts I have, I did not see you eating and the dog, for the whole duration of the builds.
forest with a fence around it. . . uh huh.
Looking great 😮
Excellent work. But just one question, why don't you use power tools? 🤔
Wow, what craftsmanship!
Amazing.............................really, i built dozens of houses.
Perfect for him and the gentleman he chooses to marry. Does he take great care of the backdoor as well? The gentlemen caller will need to know.
6:00 I think the music was added, then the clip was sped up :)
Concrit: I wouldn’t have put those antlers right under the attic window. What if there was a fire and the only escape was through that window? Better to mount them to the front of the ridgepost.
Ruben, yo también soy de Uruguay y miro siempre tus videos. Sencillamente me encantan. Extrañé un Finde que no subieron. Abrazo uruguayo
WOW
Awesome job ❤
Its looks like he's handsome and has good body built.
❤❤❤❤❤I subscribed because I feel the dedication of your work here😮😮😮😮 im amazed.
Bravo 👍
I love it, one of the best ...one question why does the door open outward instead of inward. Every home I've owed or been in opens inward for safety .....not a criticism just wondering....Again it is Awesome your skills or incredible ...thank I enjoyed very much....😊
I wonder how many trees had to be cut down for lumber, so that you could spend weekends looking at the forrest ?.
I wonder why the discrepancy between the high concrete block foundation and the video thumbnail that shows floor level of the cabin is almost at soil level.
That plumbing though. A little suspect on the slant.
I roughed in my home with no power. I used a cross cut saw and it ripped through wood like a hot knife through butter.
He’s very talented. I just don’t get why you’d want a big bulky railing on that porch. What’s it good for? What’s the purpose for a cabin with a porch that’s only a couple feet off the ground? All it does is get in the way of a great view. Seems like a design aspect that people follow because they think they have to make it look a certain way instead of thinking about the function and practicality of it.
For only 21, he has the skills of master carpenter. I think it's great he did the build with hand tools!
Beautiful work amazing.
Magic job 💪 👍
In this captivating journey, @bjornbrenton showcases the art of self-reliance and craftsmanship by building a DIY wood cabin in the forest, completely from scratch. The process, which involves months of hard work, resource gathering, and creativity, is a testament to the human ability to create a home in harmony with nature.
Nice build, but if he started solo at 21, he'd be 23 when done- a crew would be called for.
Man invented power tools and plywood. I’m just sayin.
He has power tools but for some stupid reason he doesn't use it. For UA-cam purposes I guess. And this unnecessary usage of boards where plywood or similar products would be better drives me up the wall.
@@larsfrandsen2501 poor and stupid you mean
I kinda like how he used non powered tools to build this cabin
Well, that won't fall down and rot in the next hundred years.
Everything is great, but the porch may rot and the windows may jam over time.
Excellent video. I am inspired.
The story of a man building an amazing DIY wood cabin in the forest, as seen in videos like those by @bjornbrenton, is an inspiring tale of creativity, craftsmanship, and self-sufficiency. This type of project captures the imagination of those who dream of living closer to nature, away from the hustle and bustle of modern life.
This may have already been asked, but why is the thumbnail a completely different building?
MAGİC AND FANTASTİC PROCESS ...BRAWO MASTER ... SALUTE FROM US ..
I guess he needed a guest house in his back yard.
