上次我也去騎過,很漂亮很舒服,東豐鐵馬道後面的路程,我覺得也很讚,回來我騎往新社看花海,但往新社路上是上坡很不好騎很費體力.

This video came so timely. Are walkers and runners allowed on these 鐵馬道 ? My wife and I will be visiting Taiwan in a couple of weeks, we are runners but would like to try riding as well. Oh one more thing, were you being "coerced" to speak more in mandarin this time? 😆 You did well!

You can walk and run, but I think at weekends there would be too many bikes! As for language, I'm trying to appeal a bit more to the local audience! Haha

You can try another famous bike path in Taichung, called 神雅潭，connecting 3 districts(Shengang神岡，Daya大雅，Tanzi潭子）
