I think Lucas is kinda sleeping at the wheel this time around. "47, can I taunt the targets over the intercom before you kill them? Pleeeeeease?" "Oh no, the targets are escaping with the parachutes you just cut holes in! Quick! Do something, 47!" "You killed one of the targets, 47, but we're not done ye-" (other target dies before he's done talking)
When I was practicing this level I had a different timing and Grey would actually talk over the NPC who reveals the safe code which is not exactly ideal. Fortunately those codes always work even if you haven't "found" the code in the level yet.
