Hi, great video, however the voltage is about 9 volts , shouldnt it be a little higher? thanks.

Thanks ... actually its 12v (my standard power source) ... but only on software it shows 9

Can this tcu be read while installed in the gearbox or must it be removed?

Hi how are you ...the main point is that can wire's should be isolated ... do outside car ... or do inside car with external wiring ... ie don't use car can wires as they are already transmitting data

Ive done DQ250 without problem (2 gearbox complete) on the bench with the tcu still inside the gearbox but when i tried dq200 its like the gearbox pump makes sounds and it doesn't read so i see you have the board only when reading.....i dont know if im doing something wrong or must tcu board come out

@kevinwilliams8640 am good ... you can still do it also while mechatronic still assembled ... but connect power and ground only from the left while looking to tcm itself ... so power only reach the board (micro and eeprom) while not reaching pump motor ... 4 big pins on square arrangement ... use only the left two of them on your wiring
