I'm Laotian, I have not gone back to my country of origin since 1980, I appreciate this video, thank you both, I've watched all the videos. I can go back and retire there but the wife loves the States.
@@patrick1992 well Im sorry Germany was horrible for you but United States isn’t Germany. She’s Thai and was a military child, she’s been through more of the world than I ever could or have. She enjoys the US i personally don’t care for it but our family are here.
Enjoying your videos of Laos.I went to Laos in 2000. Travelled to Four thousand islands and all the way to Luang Nam Tha. Beautiful country and people.Great memories.
I did S Laos last Oct, the waterfalls are incredible, in just a couple weeks heading for N Laos with same bikers that I met riding to N Vietnam Vietnam last Dec. Cant wait it’s going to be fantastic. Loved your video really wet my appetite.
Wow! deeply appreciate your effort and dedication towards promoting the rich culture and diversity of all people around the world. The way you've blended and showed respect towards various ethnic groups and in showcasing their life style as well as their geography was surreal. As an Asian living in Northeastern part of India would like to wish you the best of success and may you continue to inspire and promote peace, harmony and respect across all races through your channel. Thank you✌️
Thank you for creating this south-to-north OVERVIEW movie! How chill --- to spend a lazy afternoon --- viewing the whole journey at once --- after having previously watched all your original episodes. I popped a cold one --- and twisted-up a phat number --- in your honor!
Cool to see this, went to Muang Ngoi 23yrs ago with my wife, we went on the post boat as no infrastructure, days through the forests, hard travelling. Taking my kids back to SE Asia next year, your travels look great.
This was absolute gold. Binged it in 2 sittings and could have stayed with you for many more hours. Great format. Thanks for doing it and big love to you both. Mario, saw your insta, hope you are ok man.
Cool to watch, enjoyed to see some of the places I visited my self by bike. Love your cheerfulness and your positive spirit. Keep going guys and stay safe.. Cheers from Denmark 🥰🤩
For your next visit, I would like us to explore Dark Cheung, Sekong, where it's completely inaccessible for tourists but it is a hidden gem of the South, of course, worth visiting for an adventure trip and other hidden places around the South.
Hi guys from Tennessee USA I just recently run across your videos. I absolutely loved it. Olivia your face when you take the shots there’s nothing else like it. It’s amazing you’re so cute. You guys have a wonderful life keep sending videos. I’ll keep watching two thumbs up.
That’s so awesome what u guys are doing. I enjoyed seeing everything on ur video and well information. Once again thank you for sharing ur video. 😍😍😍😍😍
Absolutely amazing video guys. So glad I found that. Retiring to Cambodia early 2024. Really want to see Laos and Vietnam. Not sure I could do that trip. I'm an OG. But looked like an amazing experience. Maybe I could hire Litda for a guide. Lol. Looking forward to seeing more of your videos.
Well done! I'm watching all your Laos vids again. I'm leaving Kampot, KH in a few weeks (Sept 9th) and doing what you guys do on my way to northern Cambodia. I'm so excited, time to run & explore again. One year in Kampot is enough. Definitely crossing the line into Laos and tracing your path for a while. I thoroughly enjoy your travel stories.😎✌
I did the crossing into Laos from Cambodia and visited, Pakse, Savannakhet, and Thakhek before I had to go back to work. I am going to ride up to the Plain of Jars and into Northern Northern Vietnam in November, love your videos, cheers!
Your series of videos about crossing the Cambodia Laos Border and going to 4K Islands and Pakse gave me good ideas for my last trip and my next trip @@TravelsonToast
I worked with Laosian refugees in the early 80s in Thailand. A group of them were at the airport in Bangkok ready to fly to America. They went through Thai immigrantion and were stopped because they were all carrying those long pipe for their smoke habits. In America, that was illegal drug paraphernalia. But for Laosian, it is their tradition. They were told that they couldn't take those pipe with them. Than they asked them to send them back to Lao if they can't take their pipes. American government bent at the end.

I’ve travelled from Chiang Mai to Luang Prabang by bus so well know how scary some of these roads are. Never travel at night. Taking your life in your hands.
Can't classify that as the biggest wwterfallnin Southeast Asia because ut just scateered flow down from a river. Biggest wwterfall is tall, with wide width like our Maria Cristina Falls in Iligan City, Lanao del Norte that's so strong it is hydropower source, or Katibawasan Falls (tall), in Mambajao, Camiguin in Philippines. If those type shown, with many scattered falls, there are 10 falls as you go up the mountains called Mambukal Falls in Murcia, Negros Occidental.
