"I'd like to talk to you about..." (this sucks and I don't like it!) hah! It's so true - for all people :)

I hope this guy has changed over the last 10 years. Not an ounce of truth in anything he said. Lies, deception, twisting of words and persuasion.
It's all about who can best convince the jury to believe their version of the "truth". Who can tell the best story to fit their own personal narrative. In other words, who can tell the best lie.
Because the judge, prosecutor and defense are so dishonest. Wrong judgment doth always go forth.
There's no such thing as a fair trial. No such thing as an unbiased judge and jury. No such thing as innocent till proven guilty. The same ones who sit in judgment of you. Are the same ones who break the law, to enforce the law. Making themselves more guilty than the ones they try to punish.
If you ever hear a lawyer, cop, or judge proclaim that they want to help you....RUN! It's a trap. Because they all took an oath to the constitution, which they do not believe in. Their first duty is to the court, not to you.
They will manipulate, fabricate and embellish the truth, and the evidence to produce the outcome they desire. It has nothing to do with you, but their own ego and win/loss record.
Only use a lawyer as a paper pusher, always represent yourself. Because nobody will fight for you as good as you'll fight for yourself. Judges like to use the phrase..."Ignorance of the law is no excuse". If this is true, then what are they doing there?
In football they talk about their home games. They say they have the home team advantage. Same concept applies in court. You never play by their rules, if you do you will always find yourself on the losing team.
The man who has himself as a client, is the smartest man in the room. Because he already knows the outcome, before the trial ever begins. To understand what I have said requires a little thought. Something most of us are not very good at.
On our best day, the average man is an idiot, and a wise man a fool. But the one who will stand in victory, is the one who knows nothing at all.
Put your logic and college degrees together and see if you can figure that one out. Have a nice day 🙂
