Make Your Chicken Breast Like this | The Juiciest Chicken Breast Recipe

- Ingredients:
Chicken
2 chicken breasts
¾ tsp salt
1 tsp ground coriander
¾ tsp cumin
½ tsp red chili
¾ tsp garam masala
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
2 tbsp plain yogurt
1 tsp lime juice
2 tbsp mustard oil
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp lime juice
1 tbsp fresh coriander
Dipping Sauce
½ cup yogurt
8 mint leaves
½ tsp roasted cumin
1 tbsp sliced cucumber
1 tbsp fresh coriander
Instructions:
1. Place the chicken breasts in a bowl
2. Coat it with salt to taste, ground coriander, roasted cumin, red chili, garam masala, garlic paste, ginger paste, plain yogurt, lime juice, and mustard oil
3. Marinate the chicken for a minimum of 2 hours
4. Drizzle cooking oil in a hot pan
5. Place chicken and cook for 7 minutes on low to medium heat
6. Flip the chicken and cook for another 6 minutes
7. Add butter, lime juice and fresh coriander
8. Remove the chicken breasts from heat and let it rest for 2 minutes before cutting to serve
9. Prepare dipping sauce by mixing yogurt with finely chopped mint leaves and coriander, roasted cumin, and thinly sliced cucumbers
10. Ready to enjoy!

Everything is good.. just make a slight modification to make it much more tastier and easier to cook. Before marinating make slits on chicken breast upto half the lateral length !! And boom the paste will absorb better..cook better and chicken will cook faster !! (P.s opinion from my Personal experience).

We're sorry to hear your chicken didn't turn out as expected. It sounds like the pan might have been a bit too hot at the start. Next time, try lowering the heat to low right after you add the chicken, and then follow the steps in our video. If you prefer, you can start with a cold pan and then slowly turn up the heat-this can give a gentle, even cook similar to sous vide. At the very end, a quick blast on high heat will give you those delicious, charred marks. And don't hesitate to do a little poke test with a knife to ensure it's cooked through. Happy cooking!

Thank you for teaching me how to cook the perfect chicken breast. First time cooking a whole chicken breast. Yes, i agree that giving the piece a few slits is going to give you better results and you don't even require any kind of dipping sauce. It's perfect as it is.
P.s. i used amul herbed garlic butter instead of normal.

Wtf is wrong with you people. Why dont you mix all the spices in the yogurt and then rub on the chicken. Why do sprinkle the spices 1st and then add the yogurt. Its just plain stupid.
Actually, it really works well to mix all ingredients at the first place and then apply it on chicken.
if your chicken breast is 1 inch thick, 4 min each side is enough. if 2 inches 6 to 7 each side

Is it js me or the mustard pil isnt the best thing to put?
Most pan chicken breast recipes say it's important that the breast is patted dry to avoid steaming the meat. This method contradicts that advice.

for Kadai chicken do not use breasts, use thighs they are a lot more tender and tastier.

because you are cooking the wrong thing the wrong way. Chicken breasts are to be cooked fast on high heat. Cooking on low heat like this makes them hard

Hi, do you use burnt mustard oil in the marination process?

I think we should use burnt mustard oil only. Once I used normal mustard oil and the chicken didn't taste good, rather it was smelling of mustard oil only.
