My high school years were from 91 to 95 😊 I loved sun ripened raspberry from bath and body works and salon selective apple scented hairspray were my signature scents. I loved seventeen magazine too I used to lay out to tan with Hawaiian tropix tanning oil and read my favorite magazine. Thanks for taking me back to my high school days ❤ oh I almost forgot Tommy girl perfume and loreal sunwashed brown was my lip colour 😊
Like all of your other vids, I really enjoyed this one! I was in my 30s in the 90s. During that time, shopping was still an experience! It was a special treat! We always dined in one of the department store cafeterias to make the day complete. The products were wonderful! I really enjoyed the variety of bath gels and lotions! Thank you, beautiful Laura!
I went to high school from 93-97. I was obsessed with Clueless! The lingo is still used today. Some favorite perfumes: Coty Exclamation, Aspen for Women. Vanilla Fields, Estée Lauder Beautiful and Sunflowers, Cool Water for women, Tommy Girl (all hugely popular), just to name a few.
I am really enjoying this series. I wa shorn in 1965 and loved the 70s and the 90s. I recognise so many of my favourite products. Such nostalgia L’eau d’Issey is still my favourite perfume and I usually buy the new releases that have stemmed from the original too
In the UK those of us into goth/grunge/indie often wore Rimmel Bordeaux lipstick which was a dark red. It would come off on a glass straight away. I think lipstick formulas have improved so much with my favourite now being Maybelline Superstay 24hr. It really does last virtually 24hrs.
I miss the 90s so much! That was my era of The Grunge Years and I got to be a teenager in the 90s. My perfume was CK One, I smoked, wore plaid and Doc Martin boots.
D&g por femme, the one with a marshmallow note, came out in the 2000's, i think. The red cap d&g for women was the one from the 90's, and was powerhouse of basil, bergamot, powder, mandarin, woods etc. it was discontinued, replaced with the pour femme sweet marshmallow one. Then, due to an outcry for the original red capped one, they brought it back!
I was in my 20's in the 1990's and you've brought back a lot of beautiful memories for me. Th Body Shop was my favorite. I'll shop bath and body works every now and then. Great video
I really miss the 90s although I was a baby in the other half of the 90s so much fun and amazing things seemed lovely in that time and the early 2000s like the fun of phone designs and I’m forever grateful I didn’t have social media like the kids do now versus during those other years. I like the body shop but haven’t gone in such a long time. I absolutely love the brown-nude lipsticks but prefer as a lip stain!
This autoplayed while I was on bath and body works website on my phone and I heard you mention them and I was like haha yeah let’s see if they have the old products still and as I went to search and you showed the picture on screen I thought it was a pop up from the website and I got so excited for a second 😭
Do you remember Soapberry? A competitor to Body Shop in Canada? Great vidi I was Post High School 1990. Winter 89/90 I cut off my shaggy waist length mullet into a super short Pixi just like Linda & loved it
Chanel Vamp (Rouge Noir) nail polish. It was the first time I can remember almost black nail polish becoming acceptable in the corporate workplace and even among the ladies who lunch set (Princess Diana set the trend). Within a year or two, there was even a Rouge Noir mascara, which I loved (it looked great on my hazel eyes).
I used to love the mango scented lotion and shower gel from the body shop. I also loved cucumber melon stuff. My favorite shampoo was herbal essence. Their old herbal smelling shampoo was so much better than the new stuff. I recently got a yardley English lavender lotion at dollar tree that smells just like the early 90s to me. I love nostalgic scents that just bring you back to your childhood 🥰 Another one I picked up was exclamation perfume for $4 at grocery outlet. I was so excited to find that!
I used “prescriptives” in the 90s. They had different color undertone coded makeup. I was yellow/orange or “y/o” and my friend was “red/blue” or “r/b” if I’m remembering correctly, :)
My favorite beauty era was kawaii/gal in early 2000's Japan. I definitely appreciate American beauty now but as a teen, I like the cutesy style of Japan more.
I remembered going to Victoria Secrets store 🏬 especially perfume, lingerie and other various stuff especially they really expensive especially some of the stuff was really crap 💩. I love it 🥰 especially sometimes when I was at shopping 🛍 mall check out some of their various stuff.
I remember wearing Malibu Musk and Exclamation parfumes, and Herbal Essence had a candle to go with their hair care stuff, which I use and it still smells awesome 😎
I absolutely 💯 ❤ love going too the shops personally myself I say shut down the shopping online internet and bring back all our shops and stores where people have to go and look for themselves at the products and experience them all online shopping has Killed are shops nearly it's terrible you know although I do love the internet for music videos and 🎬 movie 🎬 🎞 films 🎥 and other grate entertainment i know think they should shut the online store shops down most of them then you can really experience going into a real store but of course that's just my opinion yes I miss those days very much indeed although we have some stores still open it's not like it used to be at all most of the shops are closed down these days it's a real shame it really is I was a child way back in the early 1990s midd 1990s I was a teenager and early 2000s I was a young person 19 years old too 20 years old and I also very much miss are good old blockbuster VHS 📼 dvd 📀 rental store shop going and renting a movie 🎬 🎞 🎥 film those were the golden days of my life a lovely silver lining I say nowadays
It wasn't offensive. It was a photo of someone's nail polish bottle and finger nails. They didn't want it in my video so they got youtube to take down my video@@labradoriteatheart
Hello this is Latonya perform that I love Tommy Hilfiger for women perfume I have it now in my perfume collection I got it from Marshalls it will always be in my collection and I have Clinique happy in my collection
Bath and body works are terrible now. The scent does not last. Used to be I would wear their stuff got tons of compliments now people cannot smell it on me at all. Others say the same. Sad. Victoria Secrets was huge then too clothing and underwear other than beauty but they too have gotten so cheap. Yet far far more expensive. My fave perfume at the time was Jovan Musk. I still use it
The body shop has adapted an MLM division. While they may be against testing on animals. They have no issue manipulating people into bad business. They have definatly changed. They are now seeing the repercussions of it. Its only a matter of time before they are gone for good.
I had to re post this video because it was taken down due to copyright. Sorry for the confusion
Soooo Glad its back! As an 80s kid and a 90s Teen

I remember the st Ives scrub and mask also came in a large jar/pot, which i use to buy often. They also did a collagen cream too.

Yes. The pencil liners too. 😊
That Saint Ives apricot scrub gave rippling trauma through out my family... and then following that up with the Oxy cleansing pads in the 00's... evil

That’s wild I didn’t know that
