The non drive side also has a cone that needs to be torqued down. Love my BSD revolution hub

Same. I even had the OG freenight hub and didn't have that issue.

Don't have a BSD Revolution but your how to is pretty decent I know that's kind of Brant Morris thing but maybe you should do a few more how to's

Brant morris 😂 but yes I will eventually! It’s a low priority thing for me though. Brants videos are good and they are hard to top

Did you grease yours? Kinda looks like you did but I’m not sure. If you did I was gonna tell you that’s not good the revolution hub has a dry system. Meaning it runs best when dry without any additional lubricant. They say you shouldn’t never put grease on them

What rim is that? The spoke layout is the opposite of cross lacing. This spoke hole layout actually makes the wheel less strong than a standard center-line spoke hole rim, and MUCH less strong than cross laced spoke hole pattern rims (such as G-Sport Ribcage rims or BSD NASA rims), which increase the spoke angle .
Using a real example, the BSD hub flanges are 52mm apart, and your current rim spoke layout has the effect of REDUCING the hub width 10mm, so your wheel performs as if the hub flanges only 42mm apart. Cross-lacing rims (Ribcage, NASA) ADD 10mm, so the wheel performs as if the hub flanges are 62mm apart, which is much stronger.

Hey man if you can respond I’d be happy. My chain pops and it seems really loose. What would you recommend. I can only pull my back wheel out so far but it doesn’t seem to help much. It feels like the chain has a link or 2 to many.

Sounds like you need to remove a link or two from your chain from what you're saying.

Oh how I hate watching people tighten lock nuts, cone nuts, and wheel nuts with adjustable wrenches.
