Sensoring abilities dont work like Ultra Instinct , they are used for detecting individuals or seeing through genjutsu, require stability and a non combat type of situation or something close to it. They certainly can't be used for straight up "dodging attacks", otherwise Ino would be Goku. Also btw, like all the other techniques, they require handseals. Did you see him use some? This was just pure reflex speed seen as they were all looking at Gaara's hands.

He senses chakra signatures and emotions. Mu's emotions were genuine the whole time he tried to help so even tho he made his clone it was the same emotion and chakra signature naruto wouldn't be able to tell them apart it felt like just 1 person to him
