And so once Naruto faces Sasuke, the crow would just come out and cast Koto on Sasuke with the protect the leaf village order which Itachi programmed in Shisui’s eye. And basically no matter how harden Sasuke’s heart is, once Koto is casted on him, a new desire and will emerges in him causing Sasuke to protect and become an ally of the leaf once again instead of trying to destroy it. Sasuke on the other hand would really believe he does it on his own will without realising it’s actually koto that changes his heart and mind.
