First time here on your channel, LIZZ. Really nice production on your video and clearly a lot of effort and skill has gone into it. I also love RPGs and open-world games. I first tried KCD:1 a couple of years ago and was kind of scared by its learning curve. Came back to it more recently and have grown to absolutely adore it. I love the hunting, the exploration, discovering buried treasure, finding new locations and being rewarded for my curiosity; it's just a joy. The notion of Henry himself being a bit of a blank slate in KCD:1 is something that takes some getting used to. Many games require some degree of grind to skill-up ones character, but in KCD:1 in particular it's quite a task because Henry is 'just' a blacksmiths' son. He's barely HELD a sword let alone survived a confrontation with someone actually willing to kill him. But I tell you, once you get over the games's sometimes strange mechanics, training in combat over and over becomes not frustrating but realistic and very reasonable, too. Skilling up 'your Henry' to the point where he CAN wield a sword to save his life and he CAN fire off arrows with a degree of precision is SO satisfying. Anyway, thank you for doing a reaction of this eagerly-awaited game. Warhorse Studios have created something so different and compelling in Kingdom Come: Deliverance that I wish nothing but all the success in the world for their studio and for the creative minds behind it and it's sequel. Now I just need a better PC ....
The "tank" bush is probably representing specific type of bush you would not want to walk thru. Trust me where i lived there was some places between forest and field and always walk around.
Don't worry, I teared up too. When first watching it, and again now when watching it with you :) Enjoyed the whole video. I hope you will watch (on video or in private) the Live Action videos too, they are supergood as well.
@LIZZ, completely agree with you about the fact that it's not the PLAYER who is new to things, it's Henry himself! And it makes complete sense - he's the son of a Blacksmith and he's barely HELD a sword let alone fought for his life. You can be the most skilled gamer of all time playing Henry and unless you avail yourself of training REPEATEDLY with the likes of Captain Bernard, that gamer's Henry WILL die the minute they are thrust into the world of medieval Bohemia. Once you realise this though, the immersion is fantastic. Almost every game has some element of "grind", but in the case of KCD it makes sense because you're not blindly repeating actions for some nebulous 'level up', you're repeating actions because that's what training is about! You're trying to build vitality, build muscle mass, develop swordplay and tactics, build your defensive tactics, learn combos and (hopefully) integrate what you've learnt into actual combat so that your Henry can actually survive. Again, it's very immersive and personally satisfying.
49:02 the little rabbits with swords are based on actual medieval art and manuscripts where they frequently depicted animals like rabbits fighting and killing people with weapons lmao
If not for buying a house I would certainly buy the game (maybe I'll do it in solidarity with developers), but my PC is too weak and needs an upgrade, which means I would not be able to enjoy the game on day 1 . I wish the next game would be in Wales, the Europe capital of castles.
If they make a third it would certainly be kept in Bohemia, as the most interesting part of their history would take place right after this game (Hussite revolution and the story of Jan Zizka)
I'm playing KCD on my third playthrough again. I just added a Mod called Bushed Only Collison Remover that removed all the hit boxes. And you can now walk through every bush unimpeded in the game. And Its glorious!

February is also Monster Hunter Wilds and the Yakuza Pirate Game month! Not sure if Lizz ever played the Yakuza Games, but I fell in love with Yakuza Zero and never looked back.
I wish I could enjoy Yakuza. Gave 0 three tries and every time uninstalled after few hours. The endless boring combats and inconsistent presentation (some scenes voiced, some unvoiced, some characters make funny noises) just wore me down.

16:27 Many people felt the same when the first game was about to be released. It sounds insane. (But the difference is that you're not being skeptical) Sounds too ambitious for a Kickstarter project of an indie dev with very few people. But they managed to pull it off. However, despite them being able to implement all these fancy features in the game, unfortunately a lot of players encountered game-breaking bugs and they quit. A few months later and the game was a lot more polished though. Now, the number of people working on the gane has increased significantly and they are now much more experienced, so if they managed to pull it off before (albeit with some technical hurdles), I believe they will this time too, and without the game-breaking bugs.
Do you really think Warhorse would not give Kutná Hora cobbled streets out of ignorance? Come on. They researched this and when the game takes place (1403) those streets were unfortunately not cobbled yet. The golden age of Kuttenberg was still years in the future.
@@8Paul7 I saw an analysis of a history expert for the middle ages and he criticised it as unrealistic/unlikely. That was my source. I cannot tell you how it really was but I trust that scientist because it's his field and he was trustworthy before.
@@Nordrhein-Westfalen-Fotos I trust the top czech historians who teach at top czech universities that Warhorse collaborated with more than I trust internet experts, sorry. The ridiculous nonsense that was written by such people about KCD1 was embarassing.

I think this game must be awesome because it is the same game BUT! Now they have done everything they wanted to do in the first part, but were unable to do so due to a lack of skill, knowledge and time.
Also really hope we catch up with Kuno and the Band of Bastards again in the second game. Rebellion for coin seems like a perfect job for the Bearman brothers!
I mean, maybe.. but they COULD die, like they did in my run, so if Warhorse wants all the right immersion for all players, the people that could have died are gone. OR there is a save import.

You know there is a mod for the bushes, so you can go through them =)
I didn't want to mod the game TOO much. One mod and I already never heard the end of it haha
Hi, I came from tiktok you're the best
ayooo welcome over!
was that a breaking bad reference when henry spoke to the dude doing the alchemy 48:43 " hey Pinkman!"
Might be!! I'd actually love that haha
Hi Lizz i from Czech Republik And your reaction on KCD2 is beautifull. 6.feb 2025❤
The endless boring combats and inconsistent presentation (some scenes voiced, some unvoiced, some characters make funny noises) just wore me down.
haven't played Yakuza yet.. and Monster Hunter seems to be a mass-killing of Lizzards.. can't approve.
I've seen all the trailers already. But I enjoyed watching them again with you.
That's not a musket, those are way more advanced. That's quite literally a hand cannon.
I was lacking the word, English is not my first language.. but yea!
@@LIZZgame I spied a little German there in between the lines.
Ist auch wirklich nicht das gängigste Nischenwissen. Nur zur Information und zum Zwecke der Vollständigkeit. :)
Thanks for the nice reaction video. I cried tears of joy together with you during the music showcase - finally someone who really values it properly.
Please react to the last two KCD2 live action videos as well. You won't regret it.
Trailer reaction videos are the most ethical
You probably should react to the live action too, theres 2 episodes so far and it shows much of the game and also its funny
@@8Paul7 I don't think people would build super expensive buildings and then completely reject the floor and leave it a muddy mess. Why would they not pave the places? It's been done in ancient times. (btw. Ive asked the A.I. and it told me Kuttenberg had paved places at that time)
@@Nordrhein-Westfalen-Fotos lmao, arguing by AI, sorry I am done. Believe whatever you want, even if it's untrue, it's what everyone is doing these days
You might like Soul Reaver 1+2 Remastered on PS4 and PS5. Very cool vampire game with puzzles. Great story and music.
Dealing with problems of bandits & noblemen...yeah, but when is the Kingdom gonna Come!?
The name comes from: "Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come; thy will be done; on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil."
NONONO the butchers wife did have fun with Adder, you even saw her in the sinner trailor and said "all the video gets demonitised!" XD So not a good girl at all.
Different girl I suspect
@@LaughingMan44 Nope that is Adder and the butchers wife. Same dress and same face
@@danieljung5862 ah I bet you checked very frame 😶
I’ve heard pretzels will still be in KCD2, to spend your hard earned goshen on.
subscribing and will like all her vids jus cos she said witcher is her fav series.....perfect wife material
Siehste Du kannst doch Reaktionsvidoes! 👍😃
Moved to a sooner release
