    Hey di rn
    The diet plan that I m following please approve
    Morning breakfast mostly omelette bread
    Then
    I eat some fruit
    In mid day meal
    Then 2 rotis with curd and sabzi or 250 gm rice
    Then in the evening I eat high protein food like chana,chicken or egg sandwich
    Then I drink one glass of banana shake after that I eat dinner same as lunch Then again I drink one more glass of shake

    Does increasing weights help me gain muscle and weight, as I'm using 3kg dumbbell each and now I'm comfortable with these so should I increase the weight upto 5kg or 10kg ?

      Yes!!! Progressively overload your muscles so that they grow with your calorie surplus you will get stronger and look better than ever

    Hello sis , actually I wanted to ask you , I am a teen and i want to workout at home , I am not fat but I am not very skinny either ,so what is the maximum weight i should lift to achieve your kind of body (matlab weight dumble ka kitne kilo tak increase karna h) I know it might be different for everyone but i want to get an idea
