      Thank you Alli 🎉 signed up for the year thanks to your link. I was just starting to view my quilting classes that I had purchased awhile ago to start Christmas gifts. Even some knitting classes. Now I’ll check out the crochet and the class that you recommended. Keep up the great work 👍🏻🙋🏻‍♀️💕🏔️

      PS. I know this may sound silly but could you do a detailed tutorial on mitered corners with wood. Thanks to a Craftsy class I bought awhile ago I know how to do mitered quilting corners neatly. I bought the same saw and yellow miter box 😂 TIA💕

    As a massive fridge magnet hater, I am OBSESSED with those mini frames and I will be doing that myself. Thank you for finding a way to make fridge magnets stylish!!🙂‍↕️

    You can use a crank style can opener, run it down the side edge of those hard plastic packaging....it will open it right up. No fuss no muss

      This is SO SMART! I never would have thought of that

      After years of cutting myself more than the plastic packaging, I was so glad to find the can opener suggestion!!😂

    You always have the best renter friendly solutions! These are great!
    I’d love to see you tackle curtain rods. I’ve seen command hooks used, but they’re not my aesthetic. I want to hang a real curtain rod higher than the window, without using ugly hooks that are obviously not part of the curtain rod hardware. (So none of those gimmicky brackets will work for me either.) I’ve been brainstorming for weeks, but this really isn’t my area. 😊

    Hi Alli, I would like to find white, craft foam board in a size of 8'x6' to apply wallpaper to? I don't want to apply wallpaper directly to the apartment wall. Do you know of any sources that make craft foam board (like the large ones at the dollar store or Walmart, only much larger?), Thanks.

    Such wonderful ideas 🙂 love the floating wall shelves. Are you able to give instructions on what measurements, glue, and drill bit you used? Sorry I am such a newbie to that stuff lol. Thanks so much 😊❤

    I've been wanting to do a treatment on my large gold framed wall mirror. Like the wax and I'm going to go that route. Thanks for the idea!

      The antique wax is seriously the best! It really brings the details to life! I'm love to see how your mirror turns out!

    Could you use the antique wax on the outlet covers after you’ve spray painted them, instead of the brown paint/water mix?

    Love love the shelf Hack!💛thankyou! 💛I’m wondering though, does the wallpaper paint come off when you take the command bit off please? Xoxox

    • @ActuallyAlli
      @ActuallyAlli  4 місяці тому +1

      As long as you apply them following the instructions on the packaging and remove them following the instructions, I haven't had an issue with the Command strips! But it doesn't hurt to test them out in a more inconspicuous area first. Sometimes quality of the paint does impact how they remove

    Please note that 3M strips do not hold up well on textured walls. Also, I would put finishing nails in those wall shelves.

    Love you're channel , what watts of light bulbs do you use on the basket. Does it get hot on the basket ,

    • @ActuallyAlli
      @ActuallyAlli  4 місяці тому

      It's an LED bulb, so it doesn't get hot! As long as you have an LED bulb/light, this will work fine!
