Bl2 claptrap is amazing and never was annoying but bl3 claptrap along with lilith speeches make 3 unplayable
Not really, he is a funny lil guy and his worst variant was very much so a side character so you never had to bother.
I find him funny mainly because everyone else in the series finds him annoying, also if claptrap wasn't in borderlands series the games wouldn't be the same without him

Just had my graduation ceramony today! Highschool flew by... And it made me realise how long I've been watching Joltz for... Man time really flies. When I first began watching Joltz I was in middle school and today I had my graduation... Love the content! Also for QOTD: Even though he is designed to be, I don't think so. He is funny in his own way.

QOTD: I definitely found him annoying when I first started playing, but as time has went by all his voice lines have really grown on me and become iconic!

QOTD: Most of the time I find Claptrap pretty funny, or at least comical. I've been playing Poker Night 2 recently and I've been enjoying his interactions with everybody.
He is like a younger sibling, it’s sad when they are not around, but they always manage to annoy you while being an important part of your life.
Huh. I never felt that way about my younger siblings. I was completely neutral with them not around (not counting other circumstances), and either the same or extremely annoyed when they were present.
Claptrap is like that one annoying roommate you had at some point in your life.

QOTD: im inclined to believe that claptrap is not annoying at all in fact he is one of the most well written characters in the series because of the fact that hes just sad and wants friends
Joltz did you know on the first completion of “This just in” you can farm hunter Hellquist two times 1. when you throw a singularity grenade down to drag him out and a 2nd. time when you ride the elevator and open the door.

QOTD: I enjoy CL4P-TP. I even have a talking usb adapter for my car. I even chose him for my first playthrough of the pre-sequel. I had a lot of fun with him, but my dad playing co-op was annoyed every time the rubber duck action skill came up.
Not gonna lie I’m really glad he’s renaming the snipers again that was one of my favorite parts of the sniper zero playthrough

As for the QOTD : I don't. In fact i love this lil' robot, and in every games. The silly jokes he makes, the whole "i'm the best i've done it all by myself and i'll tell you in a funny silly story about how it's true", the sad lore and story around him yet he is always positive, etc... It makes me smile everytime. I love claptrap's character. I hope gearbox will never change his personality.

QOTD: I adore claptrap! I've always loved him since I started playing BL as a kid. I was also kind of an annoying kid, so I guess I saw myself in him and how everyone detests him. Was so happy when I got to play as him in BLPS. Anyway yeah, love him.
QOTD: My hatred for Claptrap knows no bounds. I have never wished more horrible things to happen to a comic relief character in any other game.
Have you ever done a video side by side reviewing worst/mid/best part rolls for weapons to show just how much the parts make a difference? I think it would be a pretty interesting study to see done!

QOTD: no, I somewhat understand his situation through the story of the borderlands and I mean the games not the comics or anything else that tells claptrap's story
He just a lonely and only CL-4P that want to be accepted but got shun off because how Hyperion made each CL-4P's voice
Only a couple of people in the story accepted Claptrap like Angel(2), Lilith(In 2 for the last DLC, 3, and the comics), Athena(In the Claptrap DLC for Pre), Asha(Comics and 1 even tho she was in a coma during the whole story in the game), and Baby(Don't know if that's her name in 3 but I use it).

QOTD: I've never found Claptrap annoying. For 2 it was more Lilith or the Angel dialogues slowing progression. In PS it was Pickle and in 3 it's Ellie and Ava (more Ellie than Ava).

Hey jolts I don't know if you'll see this but did you know you could get 2 bees per one farm. If you have him drop down that's one farm but after that if you go up top and the doors close you can open it and get a second hunter
Fun fact about the luck in this video. Your cheramie luck was a .86% chance meaning there was a 99.13 chance you should have had it by then. The invader was 5.06% chance (94.93%). And finally your volcano was 6.92% chance (93.07%). An alternative way to look at the second number is that that is the percentage of players who would of got the drop before you (assuming I did all this right) congrats on the luck
QOTD: I dont really find claptrap annoying, the only really annoying thing about him is that whenever he hands out or is apart of a quest he talks or has a longer segment to the rest of the mission
Hi joltz, at the start of your challenge run, you wondered about an etech only run, so I tried, and oh god it's painfull, you get nothing until lvl 7, then it's just red chest farm until you get an etech, repeat each time your weapons start dropping :/
If you're lucky you get an AR or a launcher, if you're not, you get some splasher or darts, and god those weapons are not dealing near enough damage to be good 7 lvls later :cry:
The only relief is when sanctuary take off, you have access to an AMAZING fire etech, wait until you cannot progress anymore, get the Longbow, and it's snowman time, and you're basicaly done for the whole game.
A pretty boring run if you want my opinion XD

QOTD: Yes, actually. He was all right in BL2 and TPS, but even in BL1 I found his gimmick to be exasperating more than it was amusing. I think BL2 has appropriate doses with him, and it's rare for him to take charge of the story, which was fatal in BL3 as far as I'm concerned. TPS had the best rendition of him because he was allowed to be a character rather than a fount for endless quirk and the idea that a not very funny joke might be funny if someone with a funny voice says it.

Qotd: no. Well, in bl1 constant "check bountyboards in x for missions" is a bit annoying, but anyone doing that would be annoying.
Claptrap is my favorite character
Claptrap tends to be a strangely accurate litmus test for the respective game's ability to use humor.
BL1: mildly and quite bearable
BL2: Mildly and perhaps overstayed the welcome a bit much, but great character
TPS: Playable and quite bearable given that you PLAY as him
BL3: Hilariously over the top to the point of disgust and frustration
Wonderlands: Never played!
