I need to make alarm sounds that are relevant to what they are for. Even just saying “get dressed”, “time for breakfast”, “time start dinner”, “leave for appointment”…
Wake up alarms are tougher. My dream world is much better than my waking one. I’d rather stay in it then get up for a day of mediocrity (yes I take anti depressants. No I’m not in therapy. No time to hunt for a therapist who takes my insurance, is also accepting new patients, AND is good at what they do) dealing with the depression aspect of morning alarms not working is just as tough as dealing with time blindness

I recently heard about a service that helps you find doctors that take your insurance and are taking patients. I think I heard about it on XM radio. Worth a Google search. I love your idea about the relevant alarm sounds. Do you record your voice to make them?

It would be very very helpful to us with ADHD if you added time stamps on your videos. Wonderful content! Subscribed

I hope to get to that point soon. Right now, I'm putting out B- work to get my work out to who needs it. Great suggestion though. I will include this in future.
