Do you have any tips (if there is any) how to make inexpensive, frozen (or not frozen) salmon taste better for nigiri? i always take watr over it a few times over and over which makes the taste a little better but its a long way to an "OK" taste. Dont worry, the salmon is eatable raw its just not as high grade as sushi restaurant salmon
