I recently purchased a 1952 Vagabond in North Ga. It's larger (30 ft) mine needs a lot of work too, but it has "good bones". Excited to get started on it!

That’s awesome, this one is a great project too, once I get my new garage built at our farm I’d love to start in this one.

I think this is similar to the one that my great-grandmother lived in .My grandma and great uncle bought it and put it behind hid home. Grandma Hunter was tickled to have a home.It didn't have a bathroom so she would use either my grandma's or my great uncles bathroom. They lived beside of each other.

I thought it was a 1953, didn't get a look at the back windows well enough to tell. Maybe a 1954 model. This was one of the earliest mobile homes, licensed as a mobile home, so it legally can be set up on land, or in a mobile home park, if underpinned. They were meant to live in. They are really closely associated with the Spartans, very similar in lay out. The 1953 Spartan is this size, has similar windows except the back bedroom windows in that model roll down like a car window.

Wishing that we could get a good glimpse of the interior inside. Unfortunately we didn’t
