    sir why dont u keep more video related to etabs . u have told in 1st video that i will keep all video related to etabs like slab, footing and staircase design. please sir keep ur next video quickly as soon as possible. when u calculate load then please show all manual calculation which can understand easily by students. how to make report as per nepal municipality approval formatein etabs. please keep all those video which i have told

    T. = 0,075 h07s for RC frame building
    = 0.085 h075 for steel frame building
    where
    h = Height of building, in m. This excludes
    the basement stories, where basement walls
    are connected with the ground floor deck
    or fitted between the building columns.
    But it includes the basement stories, when
    they are not so connected.

      Since there is no basement in this building the and storey shown of 5' is pedestal column which is underground so the time period has been taken from ground level

    we do need to change the stiffness modifier or not? i have seen for beam Stiffness modifer to be 0.5 and for column to be 0.7 in for torsional and moment; is this correct ?

    Sir i followed ur tutorial and my model check shows less reinforcement in bottom/footing level than upper stories..why is that how can it be checked and corrected...its been a headache for me..hoping for ur quick response....any body with this solution would b appreciated. ..thanks

      Wall load per m ma hune vayekale height le multiply garnu parxa
      exactly garda volume of wall *unit weight /length of wall hunxa but volume =Area *length huda length katinxa so Height * width *unit weight garnu parxa

      Base of a building is determined as per site condition and soil test report, But in general it is kept 5' below ground Level for normal site condition.
